“I have eaten there twice when in Boulder and it was great each time. If you do not see anything that you like on their wonderful menu, they will custom make any crepe. They have cold water with glasses if you do not want to purchase a drink. I plan to return anytime I am in Boulder. The owners are very nice.“

“I ordered a mango lassi and a pair of their samosas for a quick bite. Needless to say, I was in love with them. The lassi was smooth and not too sweet, and the biryani rice in the samosas were cooked to perfection. 5/5 would eat here again!“
“Do not skip this breakfast burrito! Fresh, hot, fast and delicious! I absolutely demolished this in my car in the lot. It only gets better as you get to the bottom because all the juices are down there! And the sauces are flavor bombs. So much yes!!!“

“This BBQ is amazingly good. The meats themselves have a delicious smoked flavor and the sauces add the extra oomph! Best bbq we’ve had hands down. I’d highly recommend this place. The owners are personable and friendly as well.“
“If you are looking for authentic Mexican food look no further, Taqueria del Sol is the place for you. If you haven’t yet tried the quesabirrias I highly recommend them. The menudo and tacos are also great. This is a family owned restaurant Yovanny and Flor are great people and super friendly. You won’t regret giving this place a try.“

“This family owned and operated restaurant is a must visit. The food is so tasty and flavorful. Using organic corn, they hand make their own masa. It really pays of in the flavor or their tacos, gorditas, and quesadillas. The veggies are locally sourced. The meat is roasted and cooked to perfection. The prices are also very affordable! At the time of this review, they did not have their liquor license, but we were allowed to bring in our own beer, which we brought in from a local brewery. The goal is to have margaritas and more once they get their license. I highly recommend this place, for lunch or dinner, for a date or for the family. I will be sure to return. *No photos of food because we ate it too fast, but it was super yummy! We tried the chips and guacamole, the burrito with barbacoa, and and combination plate. Even the rice and beans sides were delicious!“

“Genuinely some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to the big spots in Texas. These guys know what they’re doing!! I dream about the mac & cheese and burnt ends, and the pickled onions + chimichurri is just chefs kiss on top. Some of the best quality food you’ll find near Denver. Looking forward to the next round at the farmers market!!“

“If you just change your expectations about what this place is and what it isn't, it's worth trying. This is a little old lady who makes her signature dish on the spot, and the dish is pupusas. It's just like if you grandmother was locked in a box all day and made her pierogi or tacos or riceballs. Nothing fancy but it tastes homemade. She prefers it if you call ahead with your order because it doesn't make sense for you to walk up and order, then have to wait 15+ minutes in a parking lot. These take longer to make then tacos from a taco truck. I haven't eaten many other pupusas so I can't compare these to others, but they taste good and homemade and two pupusas with salsa and coleslaw for $9 is a pretty good price actually. If you have a taste for a pupusa then nothing else will do, so you should come here and eat some!“

“Simple menus are best. I had the lengua burrito requested extra spicy and it was so darn delicious. I had some perfect bites with the mix of tender meat and really flavorful beans and rice inside. This is a bit out of the way for me, but I can't wait to come back and try the whole menu. The variety of salsa were also really well made. I could have skipped the fried intestines, but I'm glad I tried it. My wife loved the carnitas and chopped pork. Solid tortilla. Bought one togo because $9 is such a good deal.“
