Seriously, they are busy and it's chaos when there's multiple birthday parties and a lot of families, but they are able to be calm, friendly, and helpful.
The food is much better than it was in the past. I won't say it's amazing, but it's good.
The variety of games is very nice. There's a few that don't work often, looking at you Dizzy Chicken, and Hoop It Up, but otherwise the staff works hard to keep them running
Cleanliness is 5 stars. The bathrooms are clean and they do a great job on the tables too
Trampoline zone is a 4 at best. The discounts for pass holders helps, but 3 square mats with little the kids can do. They're working on this one as a brand, so I'm hopeful
Prizes are a 5 also. Yes, some are over priced, but there are great and cute things that are very attainable. My girls are learning how to save and plan from playing games
Safety is good. Kid check works
The monthly pass options are a great value
My kids were skeptical and grumpy the first time we came last year, but the games reeled them in. Now they ask to go to Chuck every other week.

Games are great from toddlers to alleged grown ups like me. I play games with them and have a lot of fun with them.

“The best pizza you can get in the Boulder area. I rarely eat out, but I've already been here six or seven times this month. The crust is firm but chewy, yeasty and sweet, as it should be. The sauce is fresh and flavorful, and the cheese is always perfectly melted without getting too oily. I like to get pepperoni, artichoke, and ricotta on mine. The pepperonis are crisp, the artichoke is soft and juicy, and the ricotta is rich and decadent. It's hard to think of anything that could make this pizza better. For 20 dollars, there's hardly a better place to spend your money. The staff is always wonderful, clearly devoted to the quality of the food they serve. I hope they keep their standards high as this place grows in the popularity it so rightfully deserves. 5 stars well earned.“

We were seated in the main dining room which we much prefer over the banquet room, at a table that seats four even though we were two. We enjoyed the extra space! “My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Basta, and it was a truly wonderful experience. It's not often you find a restaurant that can impress a diverse group including my wife, my mother, and my mother-in-law, but Basta did so with ease.

We started our meal with a selection of appetizers that set a high bar for the rest of the evening. The burrata was incredibly fresh and creamy, a perfect complement to the rich, smoky flavor of the olives. But the real star was the focaccia bread—warm, airy, and with just the right amount of salt, it was impossible to stop at just one piece.

For our main courses, we chose two pizzas and a vegetable dish. The zucchini was a fantastic addition, with the fresh, crisp vegetable elevated by the vibrant basil romanesco and the satisfying crunch of the breadcrumbs. The clam pizza was a delightful surprise, with the briny clams and a hint of lemon perfectly balanced against the smoky, blistered crust from the wood-fired oven. The Daisy pizza was a testament to the restaurant's philosophy of using high-quality ingredients; simple yet perfect, with a wonderfully flavorful tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella.

To finish our meal, we decided to indulge in all of their desserts, and we were not disappointed. Each one was a perfect ending to our dinner. The Campfire vanilla ice cream had a unique, smoky sweetness that was balanced by the vibrant and refreshing orange and beet sorbet. The sweet corn ice cream was an unexpected and delicious highlight, while the rich chocolate budino with pistachio butter was pure decadence. And of course, the donuts were a warm, fluffy, and perfect final touch.

Basta’s combination of a warm, inviting atmosphere and truly incredible food made for a special and memorable night. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the overall great experience. We left feeling completely satisfied and already talking about when we could return. I highly recommend Basta for any occasion, whether it's a date night or a special family gathering.
