“Out of all the deli zones I like this one the best. The lady taking my order is super respectful and thoughtful. I also see returning customers in her store all the time. She engages in conversation and has a great attitude. The sandwiches are fairly priced and my favorite is the Kong sandwich. The wait time is fast and I always make sure to tip her a little extra for the time and consideration to ask me about my day. Deli zone at depot hill you have won a customer for life.“

“I love Snarfs. The Louisville location is decent except for a few things.
One - The sandwiches don't have nearly enough meat in them
Two - The staff are friendly but sometimes forgetful (we ordered a gluten free for an allergy and noticed that the ticket didn't say gluten free so we had to remind them)
Three - The atmosphere is not that good, the new lighting is terrible (gives me a headache), the seats are crammed together and the bathrooms are straight up gross.

I would definitely recommend the boulder location over this one, but as I live nearby to this location I mostly come here.“

“We love this place, the people are friendly and the shop/restaurant is clean. The sandwiches have a lot of meat/fillings and the rolls are soft and tasty. Sandwiches have a good bun to filling ratio, so you aren't paying for too much bread. Of all the subs we have had, my favorite is the meatball sub, but that isn't to say the other subs haven't been just as good, Lots of choices of not just subs, but other options as well at prices that won't break the bank, a good value for your money.“

“Wonderful experience here, I had great customer service and the food was amazing. I specifically got help from a worker named Carlisle who helped me work through some allergy problems! He made sure that since I wasn’t able to eat some of the bread, I had a substitute that was just as good. He was kind and patient during the whole thing even when I changed my mind 6 different times.“

I think someone else had called in sick and they weren't able to find anyone else to come in - There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers and your staff busted a gut to make everyone's sandwiches as fast as humanly possible! Plus they were super nice and friendly, even under extra pressure. The girl that was working (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) was especially sweet and just working as hard as she could. “Massive improvements to that last time I visited. Before 2020 this location was an "avoid at all costs, even BK would be better."The food was great, the people friendly, it was basically your perfect, standard Subway. Finally!

“The bread was so good! I had the rotisserie chicken sandwich. The chicken was good quality. My only complaint is that there was so little mayo on the sandwich that I actually thought that they forgot to put it on. The sandwich was super dry because of this. I know rotisserie (white meat) chicken is typically dry so I wouldn't count this against them. I would just ask for extra mayo next time. My order was to go and I didn't discover this problem until we had left.
I will definitely stop there again if I'm traveling through in the future. This is the type of "fast food" I love getting when traveling to a new area.“

I recommend the italian 100% with all the add ons.
