“One of my favorite hot sub places. The staff is always nice and the food gets delivered in a reasonable amount of time period plus all the locations have the Custom soda making machine so you can make any flavor soda that you would like. Plus if you ask really nicely they'll give the adults the fake fireman hats too!!!“

“FOOD - I've had better and more tastier PCS sandwiches, but this is not bad. Would I keep looking for more PCS places? Most likely. Maybe it was missing more salt and pepper or something, not sure. “Been traveling around the metro trying different delis. This place has the best sandwiches we've ever had. They have so much variety with hot and cold sandwiches, breakfast all day. We are officially planning to be regulars at this fantastic establishment. Staff was soooo friendly !“

“I really REALLY wish this place was in Denver or at least closer so I can go more often. I love Half Fast. They are one of my favorite sub shops of all time. With over 100+ sub choices you cannot go wrong. We walked in pretty much right after they opened and were greeted by two very nice gentleman. They were helpful with sub suggestions. Getting me out of my comfort zone of the Godfather. I actually tried something new this last time and although I wouldn't get it again, I still enjoyed the sandwich. I am glad he talked me in to trying something different. I went with the Albuquerque turkey. The flavors were awesome, the turkey was really good but the salsa is what threw me off. It was just weird to me. otherwise, if you like spicy, this is a great sub for you. I didn't expect the kick it came with. Also, there is something to be said about getting your own pitcher of margarita or strong island iced tea. Those things are fun! I can't get enough of this place and can't wait to go back again and again.“

“I'm from the East Coast and there are few places out here where I actually enjoy the deli food. zodiac subs has been awesome every time I've tried them. if you have any issues, first of all that happens in food service, and second of all, just tell them respectfully (because that's how you're supposed to treat human beings) and they'll fix it. “So much to love about this place! Love that the ingredients are organic and free from seed oils for their sandwiches, salads and soups. Their gluten free bread is delicious and I appreciate that the other breads have sourdough starter. I am one that pays attention to ingredients in my food and the team has always been easily willing and helpful with giving that information when I have asked. So glad that this place is around in order to get a quick bite while working. I love that I can trust the quality and the staff is always so sweet. “We look for delis around Boulder to treat our office staff. We tried this hidden gem a couple weeks ago and everyone requested it again. Everything we had (9 employees) all found the food amazing. We highly recommend the Mediterranean Salad and the Spicy Turkey Sandwich. Everyone in the shop are really nice, and on top of things. Definitely, they are worth a try.“

“Easily the best sandwiches in Boulder! I just went there for lunch and had the most AMAZING New Yorker that was ever made. And as I was in there, they pulled a fresh, hot batch of chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. They let me pick out which cookie I wanted from the pan and wrapped it up in foil for me so it would stay warm. The sandwich and the cookie were both warm and delicious and perfect and amazing and my tummy is super happy. Thanks Deli Zone!“

“Marcy and her team are amazing and the food is fresh and delicious. We've worked with Marcy on two events where we needed over 100+ sandwiches. They provided the sandwiches on time, the food was great, the variety of sandwiches was wonderful, and everything was packaged and labeled so well. We were also able to accommodate different dietary needs like gluten free and vegan (including cookies!). Our event participants loved the food and we strongly recommend working with Marcy or grabbing a sandwich from her shop. You won't regret it!“

Might go to sandwich is the vegetarian option… I’m not vegetarian, but the combination of the avocado, sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickled veggies, and provolone. All just taste so good in that toasted roll. Turkey and Swiss is another favorite and we added avocado. Service was friendly and swift. We got a brownie to go and that was so moist and perfectly baked! Thanks for a great meal!“

“There are a lot of sandwich places. Many provide decent food but Firehouse is above most of them. We've been patronizing them for a few years and it's our go to sandwich place. I usually order the hook and ladder on regular bread. It's a loaded sandwich with plenty of meat and spices galore. Another one we ordered was the engineer which was decent enough. It has turkey, mushrooms, Swiss cheese and various spices. I have their app but it has been a bit buggy for me. I hope they improve it as ordering is difficult on it. Anyway my sandwich was quite good. Plenty of turkey, ham, cheese and all that other stuff. It is filling and very tasty. We have noticed that it takes a little extra time making sandwiches but then you'll get quality and quantity. When we order take out they wrap each sandwich and place it on a carton along with a slice of pickle. That is great when you eat part of it you can easily place the rest in its container in your refrigerator. Now it's nothing fancy if you are dining in but it is usually clean and functional. Maybe it's just a matter of personal choice but this place really is where we prefer to go. There are several sandwich shops closer to us but we hop in the car for a few extra minutes of driving for our favorite sandwiches. Pricing is quite reasonable especially when compared to other shops. We keep forgetting but they also have salads for the no carb people. Top rated in my book!“
