“Honestly, today was the first time trying Ziggi's. Wished I had tried sooner as it beat flavor of Starbucks. I was a faithful starbucks customer but my 7 year old and I are hooked on this place now. She loved her flavored frozen non coffee drink and I loved my Hazelnut non fat coffee.“

“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“Charm, this place is loaded with charm. The menu has a few more offerings. A couple of really good sandwiches have been added to their great pastries. The coffee is always GOOD! If you want to know about the history or what's going on, this is the place to check out. Great place to pick up unique gifts for every occasion.“

“If you know you know this Starbucks is one of the best you can come in and clear your mind grab fresh coffee and and not feel like you're on top of other people if you need to check an email. Top knotch place do a little work drink some coffee.“

“They were super slammed this morning but consistently pleasant and awesome. I want to especially give props to Nicole and Amanda who helped me. From my observation, they handled several situations with a lot of grace. I felt like they both went very much above and beyond to be awesome. We go to this Starbucks every Sunday and always get really good/friendly service, but today was just a very positive experience.“
“Loved the pleasant atmosphere at the Orchard Hills Peet's Coffee. Although all the inside seats were taken by computer users, we were quite happy to enjoy the beautiful day on the patio since we didn't need to use our computers.“
“I don’t like to give less than 5 stars to hurt ratings, but I did want to provide feedback on my experience. I ordered a single shot latte with one pump of white mocha. I asked for barely one pump and for it to not be sweet at all. It was unfortunately pretty sweet so I could barely drink it. I was also charged $6.85 for what looked like a small latte. I was excited to try this place, but felt like I overpaid. It’s possible that it is normal but would love to know? Thank you!“

“Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. We were about to leave, but Paige was so sweet and encouraged us to still order. She really went the extra mile!“

“My daughter and I came in on August 27th around 4pm and the lady who was working was SO AMAZING (I wish I had gotten her name) we will literally be back just because of her. She was so patient with my 10 year old (she had a bad day at school which the employee had no idea) and answered all of her questions. The bubble waffle was amazing along with the drinks but the lady working chatted with us and felt like a friend.“
