“PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Jay the manager was so well prepared to share history, chef details and menu choices. Viviana our waitress was honestly, one of the most exceptional waitresses we’ve ever had. The tortilla soup was filled with so many delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and the presentation was perfect. The taco selections were glorious. Crispy exterior corn tortillas, rich with flavors inside! Tender beef, chicken, savory cheese selections. Truly Baja style tacos!!! The churros were stellar. Homemade vanilla enhanced batter, perfectly fried… premium cinnamon and sugar lightly dusted outside, served with warm carmel and chocolate sauces. This place is the most hidden, beautiful gem in the North Thornton/ Westminster/Northglenn area. Gorgeous Interior and seating areas. Very upscale feeling. Perfect meal.“

“Ordered the Mexican Skillet. It was very good. I asked for the hot green chile. Not super hot, but it was very tasty and they loaded up the skillet with a lot of it. Eggs were cooked perfectly which I appreciate - over easy, not overcooked or broken and the whites weren't runny. I went mid morning on MLK day and there was a continuous stream of people coming in and ordering while I ate so they must be doing something right. Service was good but note...there's no table service. Order your food then take it and sit and eat which doesn't bother me. The prices were very reasonable. $10 for a skillet with very good green chile. You can't walk out of a crummy fast food joint nowadays for 10 bucks. Would recommend to anyone who likes chile as much as I do.“

“This place is the perfect spot for an after midnight munch! The service was impeccable, the staff is very friendly and best of all the food was fresh and delicious. It's hard to find a good consome and they did a great job of ensuring the console with our quesabirria was fresh! We also tried the asasa fries which were bomb, also fresh fries were made to order/fried at order, I watched them make everything fresh on the grill. Food was served hot. My friend ordered a Horchata and that was also really good. I would come back again, and would recommend you check this place out!“

“I just picked up six tamales. I wanted to sample the tamales before Christmas. I ordered..Two chicken, two vegetarian and two pork green chili tamales. The service was excellent and the tamales were the best ever. I will plan to order more tamales for the Christmas holiday. Instead of driving all the way out too La Casita, now I can just go to Westminster and pick up tamales from Adelitas.“

“Only 4 stars because the interior is very small. The food was great. Large menu with several more dishes I want to try. This was our first time getting a meal here. Takeout was packaged well and all the sauces were there and order was correct ?.
Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Parking: I parked on the side street next to the restaurant.
It was easier to leave and left parking in the lot for people wanting to park and dine in.“

“Less is more at this place... I mean seriously, the quantities are huge. We got 2 plates between the 2 of us having not eaten all day and man was it a lot of food. Definitely put Boom Boom sauce on everything. Service was a bit slow but everyone was working very hard. The place is just packed always.

The free chips and salsas kept flowing for the most part as long as you grab someone's attention to get you more when you run out. Good reliable mexican food chain that doesn't disappoint.

It can get a bit loud inside at times though so definitely not your zen date spot kinda place :)“

After almost eating our meal there I noticed we were charged the free meal. I took it to the cashier and the manager was there. He apologized and fixed the extra charge.
