“6/5 first time there the cashier i think he was a shift manager (backwards hat dark hair) stopped to explain the menu and the heat levels. Very friendly and great customer service. Visited 3:55pm 8/29. Got the sliders Hot with cheese and cheese fries. Food came out fast within about 2-3mins, perfectly assembled cheese fries cooked to perfect. And the sliders were amazing. Will definitely be back to try the different levels of heat and the rest of the menu.“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“We get takeout from here pretty much every week--the chicken is always fresh and delicious, salsas are wonderful, and it is a slightly healthier option than other fast food restaurants since the chicken is grilled and not fried. The flautas are great too (though maybe less healthy than the chicken tacos haha)“

I moved in the day of the recent management shift, and while there was a few things that fell through the cracks, Gabe and the Equity team were very kind made sure I had what I needed for a smooth transition. They are always responsive when I have a question. My unit is exceptionally quiet! Neighbors are friendly, community amenities are exceptional (I regularly use the hot tub, grill, gym, dog-wash and co-working spaces), and love the walking trails behind the community. My apartment is functional, nice, and everything feels high quality. There is nothing seedy about this place. As a single woman, I feel safe and at-home, which is a wonderful feeling!“

The woman, named Jade, at the Drive-Thru window just offered me more love and support and compassion than anyone else has offered me. “The moment I came inside I was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting by the cashier which I dont get often from fast food restaraunts. The tables were all clean the food there was immaculate and may I say very fresh. The 8 piece darkmeat deal on Tuesdays is an absolute steal! I had a very good time there and props to the manager Jessica for showing me a better deal that saved me money on my 8 piece meal as well as well as the rest of the crew for getting my meal out in a timely manner during what looked like rush hour. A gentleman with blue/green hair I believe his name was Forest had checked in on how our food and experience was at our table and even walked to our table to give us a few extra wares. Truly an amazing experience here 10/10 ?“

“This place is the bomb! And open from 10AM to Midnight..it is awesome! The food is superb and hot always. I have never had a bad order and the counter and kitchen staff and all so friendly, and accommodating, bright and personable and do their job with a warm smile to greet you.
It is the best chicken in America, a well loved American tradition and their sides and everything is wonderful. They have pastry and cakes too! And taco menu is superb and off the charts tasty! Meanwhile the prices are very decent for what you get. Look out for the different day specials too like Wednesday for chicken fried steak!
Their soda machines are so clean and the whole place shines with cleanliness.

“So first off, I don't really get the bad reviews--maybe I was just lucky. It was nice to be able to sit at the tables outside and order through a QR code and have them bring it to us. I had the chicken sandwich with the gochujang sauce and it had a pretty good flavor. It was only a bit spicy as promised and the $12 price tag seemed fair, comparatively. I got the small sweet potato fries for $6 and the portion seemed fair for the price. They were a little oily, like perhaps their oil needed to be changed. The main complaint I have was that the chicken was kinda overcooked and rubbery. Sounds like they need to relearn how long to cook the chicken tenders. If they can fix that, I'd say it was really good.“
