“I asked for a drink in a larger cup and they said they didn't have a button for it. I didn't understand why they couldn't just verbally ask for the larger cup so I was disappointed. Then when I received my drink it was not correct, it was supposed to be a chai tea with sweet cream foamy phone but it just tasted like milk. I've been here several times but this time it was disappointing.“
“Let me just say I just got done leaving the longest review for the Kipling Starbucks…. I had to go from that Starbucks to the target Starbucks! Which honestly I’m happy I did because I got to say happy birthday to a handsome 6 year old dog! Leo was my barista and made my morning so much better! “I like this Starbucks because they have a wide range of new coffee cups available so I have a massive collection and I’m completely addicted to these one complaint I have is that they are out of the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches ,but this is a good Starbucks to go to when your running short on time they are usually pretty quick and those are hard to come by for some reason . And customer service is pretty decent and that’s also hard to come by anymore.“
“I came here / am here for the first time today, am new to the neighborhood. Came during major rush hour. I have never witnessed such a fast Starbucks team that kept calm and still answered people’s wait time questions and even offered a refund to one for the wait being too long. So impressed. Good job you guys!“
“In the last few years, I feel like Starbucks has really declined. Especially on their consistency of their drinks. This location has definitely been the exception to that. Every time I come here and I come here almost everyday before work. They make my drink deliciously correct, and are always very welcoming. Than you for being awesome“
