“Haven't been there for a while (long distance) but i love that family. Especially the mother. The queen. She talked to me today (purple hair) and i think she is so beautiful in and out. She works so hard along with her sons and daughters in law. Yet she's so courtesy and super bice. I love her Chào lòng. But be awared. She's super nice but don't mess with her. Lol. She's 1 tough cookie. I normally dont leave review but I got to do this one. Excellent foodi.“

“I’ve worked in the service industry my entire life and I get goosebumps thinking about the food at Sap Sua. It’s the place I come to when I want to specifically remember a meal with my partner, friends or family because I can taste the love in the food and feel the love at the table.

The service is always joyous and convenient and I’m always excited to dry a different cocktail whenever I come. I have heard rumors that the management and chefs treat the staff well, but the sincere attitude of the entire establishment would be proof of that enough. Any neighborhood in the world would and should be proud to have a place like Sap Sua nearby (even though they are dodger and laker fans).“

My #1 pho spot in Denver and I’m from New Orleans area with great Vietnamese food and fresh seafood. “Mmmmmm, this place is always delicious. I love to try new(to me) Pho places. I've been eating Pho since I was a little boy. I grew up with Vietnamese friends and had the pleasure of dinner with them on many occasions. This tastes like their momma made it!!! Super fresh veggies and meats. This is a great introduction to Vietnamese food for people. They provide a basic broth with delicious brisket and then you can alter it to your taste with thai basil, bean sprouts, chili oil etc. It was delicious!“

“This is the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The broth was so flavorful and the portions were generous. The service was very attentive and the restaurant itself was very clean. “I used to live near Pho Duy on federal (which I’ve considered to be the best pho restaurant in Denver since moving here), and I have to say that since I moved to bear valley this is a close competitor if not just as tasty!! The service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Cheaper than Pho Duy, and although I miss the family vibe of going there, this place is closer and has wifi so I can study while I’m there!

“I had one of the best experiences at Le Colonial in Denver, CO. I ordered the Cari Ga, the Curry Chicken entree. I have never tasted a finer curry dish than this one! It was one of the most succulent meals I have ever tasted. The curry sauce is impeccable! The ambience is absolutely unmatched as well as the service. “This is truly one of my favorite pho restaurants. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is always attentive, checking in to ensure I have everything I need. I visit at least once a week, and even my 2-year-old loves it—it’s one of their top favorite foods. My only suggestion would be to add a changing station in the restroom. Everything was well prepared and organized. The food was HOT—which is what I look for. I loved how the pho was packaged. Everything was in a bowl with the veggies in a separate plastic part (separate from the meat) in the bowl. It was perfect for when I ate my food at the park.

“I ordered take out twenty minutes before closing at 10:00 on a Friday night.
When I got to the restaurant it was packed. I was worried my order would be lacking. Well I was wrong. I ordered the Spicy tofu with veggies. Not only was it cooked to perfection it was more food than I could've wished for!!! Thank you Vietnamese Cafe for your high quality food and customer service. It was a blessing and an unexpected gift to end my week in such a wonderful way.“

“I was visiting Denver on business for the first time in 20 years and got lunch here.
The shop was bustling at 1pm on a weekday, great atmosphere. Very friendly people running the shop, presumably the owners. I got the fried Chicken Bahn mi , and an iced coffee.
The slab of meat in The sandwich was enormous. For me personally, it overpowered the rest of the things in the sandwich, and needed balance. I'd have preferred to get about half that much fried Chicken. But, far better to get too much than too little. The pickled veggies were yummy. The sandwich itself was very filling. The iced coffee, I tried to explain to the man at the register that I did not want sugar in it. He kept asking less sweet? And I said yes. No sweet. Unfortunately he did not understand me and it was still super sweet. But again, excellent flavor and overall I really liked the feeling of the cafe. Definitely would visit again, but would get a different kind of bahn mi next time, and try harder to explain no sugar in the iced coffee.“

“The broths at this place are so good! I had the tom yum broth and was blown away by how delicious it was. My friends got the vegetable, seafood, pho, and the house broths and they too all loved their broths. The meats were delicious and fresh. There was a good amount of hotpot selection. The only downside to this place is the lack of staff. There were only 2 servers and 1 busser. They were slammed as it was Friday night but did their best to get you what you need. I recommend ordering your refill all at once instead of asking for 1-2 item at a time. We did big initial order and a 2nd round of refill and that was enough for the night. We all enjoyed our night so much! We left the staff a butterfly 🦋 gift.“

“This is such a sweet little shop. They have wonderful pickles made fresh daily, delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches and all sorts of little creations to go. Sticky rice, chicken over ginger, spring rolls, buns, and delicious Vietnamese desserts that I’ll never be able to pronounce. The Bahn Mi are amazing on fresh bread and you can buy baguettes too along with Vietnamese sausage to make your own at home. I haven’t tried the Boba yet but it’s on my list. This is like going to your aunt’s house and having her make you a sandwich. It feels just like family. Five stars. Cảm ơn“

“The owners of Wokano must have sold their souls to someone because I had an otherworldly experience eating this food. Best sesame tofu I’ve ever had. Tofu spring rolls pretty standard but they’re massive and come with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce.

They were happy to make the sesame tofu gluten free and they also have lots of vegan options.

Living close to this place is soon to bleed me dry but I can’t even act like I’m not ecstatic about it. I love you Wokano Asian Bistro.“
