“This is officially our new favorite tapas in Denver! I had the best two different mezcal margaritas that I’ve ever had. The plates were very big as tapas go, and everything was delicious. It was very fairly priced given the large portion sizes. I especially recommend the chef’s choice cheese and the garlic trio. Service was the best part of a wonderful experience, and we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful chef, who explained each dish to us and made recommendations. We will absolutely be back.“

“my friends and I had a reservation at 8pm, and extended it to 8:30pm. unfortunately, we weren’t seated until about an hour later. though we had a long wait, our server Devan, was extremely attentive and turned our night around. he helped us through our options on the menu. the manager, Brandon, also made our experience much better by comping some menu items. ultimately, i would absolutely recommend this place for customer service and will be back.“

Appetizers- chickpea fritter, tomato burrata, and baby carrots. The chickpea fritter had a very smooth consistency like silken tofu. It was so yummy.
Entrees- braised cabbage and trout. The braised cabbage was so delicious.
We also ordered a few drinks. I had make me a gin cocktail and it was just ok. My friends enjoyed their drinks.“

“We had the most outstanding dinner tonight. Everything was on point from the atmosphere, to the food and beverage selection. Our server, Bri, was so welcoming and gave us some of the best recommendations for mezcal, cocktails and which tapas to order.
We got the Corn Sour and Colada- both highly recommend. There are so many mezcals to choose from but the two we got were different enough from each other and were both so smooth (see photos).
We started with the tostada de toro, their dry aged tuna was melt in your mouth decadent and the whole tostada was so flavorful. They display their dry aged tuna on the wall and it really added to the aesthetic of their open kitchen.
The second dish was the burrita de chicharrón- the most delicious pork burrito with homemade flour tortilla I’ve ever had with a flavorful salsa on the side.
Third was the costillal de res, a bowl of braised short rib, black beans and chilled with a side of corn masa tortillas. I don’t even know what to say it was the best taco situation I’ve had in a long time.
We wanted to try one more thing and had the tlacato de pato- a slightly spicy duck dish. So tender and filling. I had some corn tortillas left and made a taco out of that, perfection.
They don’t openly have a dessert menu but there is one thing they serve and it’s a surprise- the most delicious one ever so go check out this restaurant and try it all!!

“It was our 24 year anniversary.. we had a beautiful experience. It started by being seated at a booth that had heart shaped glitter and a happy anniversary card. The managers both stopped by to congratulate us. The food is always delicious. But it's more than that. The staff including Sean Thomas and the managers created such a special night. We follow Sean to any restaurant he works at and add that to the ambiance and delectable offers of the Capital Grille... WOW!!“

“The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. That being said the food and our waitress definitely did not disappoint!“

“Always loved the Inn but tonight dinner was just fantastic. The vibe and the service has always been so friendly and the food has been good but nothing to write home about. However the menu looked upgraded and each dish was just elevated. Maybe a new chef? They have really ticked all the boxes now. Lamb sliders were delicious, salads were well dressed, French dip was so flavorful. I could on but the food game has really been taken to the next level. Whatever they did, keep doing it.
