“Its inside Target. I gave the service a bad rating not because the people themselves give bad service but because there often noone at the counter when i get there. Or its the person from the food shop covering a break.... if you are short handed hire someone or a manager should be trained to cover since the food shop person often doesn't know how to make the drinks.“

“I was at the DD in Ansonia, CT with my pup to get a donut and pup cup. I just had to put my pup’s brother down during the week, and being that his brother was sad I took him for a ride and treated him to a pup cup. Jesse in Drive Thru was just so nice and was good to my pup that I really appreciated his amazing personality and customer service on this rainy, sad day. “My husband and I were looking forward to a cappuccino and dessert. There were no empty tables but two were occupied by single people doing work on their iPads. There should be some time limit especially when you are very busy. We left but will return again if we can secure a table.“
