James is the best for food preparation, but the other staff are almost as good. I am deaf, and the staff make an effort to communicate effectively. Jefferson Fry is so much better than the mainstream fast food places. Everything is cooked fresh and ready in minutes.“

Unfortunately when I went to pay my card was not working due to a fraudulent charge . The girl told me it was OK and that she'd use her sub bucks to pay for it. “I honestly do not understand some of the harsh reviews because my experiences at Subway Bishop Corner have been consistently positive. Every time I stop in, the staff has been polite and focused on getting orders done correctly. I have seen them wash their hands and keep the prep area clean, and the store has always looked neat when I visit.

As for food availability, it is a busy location and sometimes certain meats or items run out later in the evening, which is pretty normal for a place that stays busy. The sandwiches I have ordered have been fresh and well made. They are exactly what I expect from Subway.

Service has been quick during my visits, even when there is a line. The employees seem to be doing their best with what they have, and I have always been greeted in a friendly way. I have also never had issues with being overcharged or treated unfairly. Any time I had a question about pricing or deals, it was explained calmly and clearly.

It is easy to complain about a single bad moment, but judging this location as a whole, I think it deserves more credit. It is a convenient spot with hardworking staff and solid food. I will continue to come here and I recommend giving it a fair chance instead of assuming the worst based on a few negative experiences!!!“

“Since moving here from Vermont last year I was so thrilled that we had a Subway nearby. The food is always fresh and very good. The restaurant is clean. The employees are amazing, nice, hardworking and efficient. There are two young men who work there but unfortunately I forgot their names. Both are so nice,very fast and do a very awesome job. Especially this one younger slender man with dark black hair who works nights too. He is always working without help and works his butt off. He is very organized, efficient, friendly and does an amazing job. He gives his best everytime I have been there and definately deserves a raise for all that he does. I was impressed at how hard he works despite it being busy or stressful in the restaurant. This young man is a major asset to your business and I hope he is acknowledged and appreciated for it. Sauces are good and they introduce new and limited ones regularly. Their fries are great and if your order is not up to expectations, the management will work with you to get it right. “The food at this Taco Bell has always seemed really tasty, fresh, and hot. One thing I especially like is that several of the fried items are made fresh to order.

Something I have noticed on my previous visits is that if you order fries, chalupas, or Fiesta Potatoes, You may have to wait a few extra minutes, usually about 5 to 10 minutes at most if there are other orders ahead of yours, because they fry them after the order is placed. Personally, I would rather wait a little longer and get them fresh, hot, and crispy.

I also appreciate that when an order takes a little longer for this reason, the staff explains why.

The restaurant looks clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous. A large part of the team is Hispanic, and some employees are still learning English. Sometimes they may confirm your order more than once just to make sure they understood everything correctly. Some people might find that repetitive, but I see it as an effort to avoid mistakes and provide good service.

I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service!
