“My favorite restaurant in Bethel. The food is always on point, and the staff is awesome. Went for the first time during martini happy hour with friends, and the bartender Grace made me an excellent espresso martini. I've been coming back ever since and she always takes care of me.“
“Such a great and cozy place for appetizers and drinks! This rooftop menu has everything from burgers to pizza to crepes. The sitting area is limited so be sure to call for a reservation if you plan to go with a large group or a busy weekend night. I promise it's worth it!“
“There were two tables of young people who behaved extremely rude on March 17; Screaming at the top of their lungs for the entire two hours wendined. The management did nothing to correct them. We could barely have a conversation over their very rude behavior. Sad that young people don't have more self respect and behave moreintelligently.Parking: Fine, no issues.“
“Food and our waitress was great..the place feels nice but definitely tight inside. It was loud in there because it's a small place. There was a party table near us with a buffet set up in the other room, but they should have been in there, so the atmosphere could have been “
“This is by far the best pizza place anywhere in Connecticut ANYWHERE. I have never had a pizza be this constantly good anywhere else in Connecticut which is surprising coming from a place so close to New York. The service is always great lovely people, and ambience feels as if I'm in a basement with friends eating home made pizza pie.“
“The absolute best brisket that I've had anywhere period, including Texas, where I have been several times among other states (sorry Texas, I still love ya'). The food is so good, without any exaggeration, it made me forget about my beer!! There is a lot to say about the portions, the friendly and fast service, the character of the place, all top notch, but if it's the very BEST brisket you're looking for, this place is a must, must visit!“
“Pretty good bar for cocktails in Newtown center. The cocktails were creative- I got the non regurts which had a yogurt base. While the cocktail was very good, it still had a very strong mezcal taste. I'm not a huge mezcal fan and wouldn't have gotten this but the waitress promised that the other ingredients in the drink would mask the smokey taste, it did not. I then went back to my go to cocktail and ordered a dirty martini. The waitress explained that they took their house marinated olives and muddled it in so you get an extra dirty martini and she was right on this one, I enjoyed very much. Overall, a very nice place to drink on a Saturday night especially because they have live music after 8p!“
“Craft- a Unique Hidden Gem.As someone, who has frequented restaurants for 40 years, Craft is without a doubt the most consistent, and enjoyable place that I have had the pleasure to patronize.Craft offers amazing cocktails, wines, craft beer, along w/domestic, and imported beer, great food, and professional service.Make no mistake this is a well-run establishment, led by their stoic, and great-guy owner Jasson, who though usually stationed in the kitchen can often be found bartending, serving, greeting customers, and actively training new staff. Most times you are greeted by their exceptional Maitre D’ Raymundo, or master bartenders- the ruggedly handsome Peterson, future interior designer to the stars Sam, or California dream-girl Amber. The professional waitstaff is comprised of the elegant Lee, lovely Colleen, the beautiful & mysterious Nicki, future electrical contracting mogul Anthony, the always affable Justin, Terminator-like server Jorge, and captivating hostess Victoria. The “back of the house” is anchored by former “soccer star” Chef William, Christopher- “Master of the art of the fry,” the three amigos, and suds-busting engineer Selby round out the rest of a remarkable staff, who make Craft a most sought after destination.“
“We had lunch there today with another couple for the first time.We did not like the previous restaurant at this location but this was surprisingly different. The place was completely redecorated and the food and service was excellent. Our server Katy gave us all the time we requested to catch up with our friends whom we had not seen in quite awhile. We will definitely return for dinner soon.We felt as though we were dining in the city which we often do when attending a show.We will be back.Great job.“
“The marketing and events coordinator reached out to me to apologize for my last visit. She was kind enough to offer compensation via a gift card. We went back unrecognized to receive exceptional service and a very good meal. Stephanie, thank you!“
“This place has a nice pub vibe. Plenty of families. Lighting was dim. We all ordered pizzas and they were decent. Server was helpful with questions and suggestions.Parking: Parking lot is very small with limited parking so just be awareKid-friendliness: Many tables with different ages of children.“
“Love this place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food is amazing, with plenty of options for good authentic Guatemalan and Mexican food.servers are always kind and considerate when servicing. They even have food options for kids. One downfall is if you don't like loud music. The bar can get really loud.“
“A Manhattan cost $13.00 compared to Terra resturant at Hotel Zero for $26.00. The bartender at Brick House knows how to make a quality cocktail in comparison to the resturant mentioned above. The food quality is a great too. Try it, you will not be disappointed.Great value!“
“Typical American and bar food. The wings were great, saucy and well done. Everything else was pretty average, nothing to write home about. For reference we had the buffalo chicken dip, nachos, pretzel, and quesadilla. Service was good, we went for brunch and our waitress kept checking in on us. Really mindful of her service. Ambiance is nice. Not a fancy place and I saw they have rooms you can rent for events.“
