“We have been there 3 times. I wanted to wait before I posted a review. There Pizza is excellent,
very consistent, apps are good, nice selection. Service good. Very friendly staff. I have no complaints about the staff great people... Other than the beer and drinks being a little pricey I have no complaints..
Now for the negative.... There should be signs posted that all children must remain in their seats!! Maybe a designated area for just families with small children, management has the right to post this and should have some control over there establishment.....There is kid friendly and then there is kid friendly! Friday and Saturday night particularly. There has to be some thing done about the kids running around all over the place very annoying very distracting people trying to have a conversation, and they are running through the bar area climbing on the seats..Parents get controll of your kids; this is not Chucky Cheese; this is a place of business..!! Something needs to be done and this was 730 pm.
We thought going later 2 of the 3 times we we visited kids were running out of control. It wasn't just my wife and myself, we were with 6 other people also complaining and this was the bar area..Also some of the people commented that were sitting next to us..1 out of the 3 times we were there It was definitely much better the later you go to avoid the kid chaos.. do not let that detour you the pizza is excellent and the staff is outstanding !!!
I am writing this because this is a very nice place, food and service is awesome, the staff is wonderful and very attentive.I understand this is a hard spot for them to be in because if they say something the parents might not go back and that's their business, but it's ruining it for everybody else. No I'm not some old fart that complains about everything but it's not just me other people were saying the same thing. So parents please keep your kids from running around,remember you are in charge.. If you want them to run around like I said take them to Chuck e cheese.!!“

“Nicely decorated Italian restaurant serving fresh made to order food. Very nice wine list to compliment the food. The margherita pizzetta was a nice way to start the meal. The spaghetti arabiata was nicely prepared al dente with good flavors and the right amount of heat. They make a terrific broccoli rabe. Service is very good and the staff is very friendly.“

“we had everything from 5 different appetizers, to four entrees and 5 different desserts. We go out to eat all the time but have never gone here. So we tried it, the restaurant itself is gorgeous. The servers were very friendly and professional and on the ball. The food omg. What can I say it was magnificant. The manager came around and made sure everyone was happy, then the owner Danny came in and introduced himself. This is the best restaurant we have ever been to with the best food we have ever tasted. As I said we eat out alot but nothing compares. Hats off to all the staff and the owner. Well done. Cant wait to go back.“

“A hidden gem! Conveniently tucked away in an alley right around the corner from the Fairfield Theater Company, this is the perfect place to grab drinks before or after a show! They have a fastball draft list of craft beers and the espresso martini was to die for. Pair that with the modern-industrial decor with a hint of speakeasy + attentive bar staff and it’s a recipe for a good time. Will be back for certain!“

“This is such a hidden Gem, great coffee and food. I had the pleasure of hosting a quick client meeting here and I have to say that it was a perfect spot. quiet and we had a great meeting with my client. sitting area is nice and roomy.

“Have been back several times and always a great experience. The frozen espresso martini is always a must. The stuffed zucchini flowers are delicious along with the cold seafood salad and the hot/sweet peppers. I ordered the Branzino and it never disappoints.“

“Positives First:
-Beautiful View/ Scenery from large floor to ceiling windows.
-Great interior design with spacious tables.
-Very good food.
Negatives:
- Service did not match the atmosphere and the price point.
The service however was a huge disappointment. After providing my name for the reservation, the host walked about 8 steps and then without speaking pointed to the table across the room where we were apparently supposed to sit. I asked for clarification, and he then muttered in annoyance that one by the window….
Next up, we were asked if we want still or sparkling water, I asked for a bottle of still.
We received tap water. I again asked for a bottle of still, we then received lime flavored tap water. Finally our server stepped in and clarified they do not have bottled still water, only filtered…
I do want to mention besides the host no one was rude, but the service in general just didn’t seem to keep up.“

“The Lomo Saltado here is incredible — tender beef, crispy fries, and bold, fresh flavors in every bite. “I just tried this restaurant for the first time and I am very impressed. The food was delicious, and our server Jordy was so detailed and helpful even during the busy night. It was the night before Valentine’s Day and I’m so glad we chose this place. One thing worth mentioning is that my table was taking a little longer than expected to get ready and the owner (or manager) gave us prosecco and that was just super sweet and considerate. The service and welcoming atmosphere is a breath of fresh air compared to all my recent restaurant experiences! Will definitely be back!“

“Had dinner following my daughter’s graduation and everything was nothing short of excellent. We were seated promptly by a very friendly hostess. Our server was great and on top of everything. We have allergies and he went above and beyond to review the menu ensuring our meal was perfect. Food was excellent!! “We had a great lunch here. We brought my mother and brother to have lunch and they loved it. The spinach artichoke dip is awesome. Very flavorful and served with amazing seasoned hot pita bread. I love the tomato soup and the crab bisque was excellent. The French dip sandwich is more than enough to share. We don’t like the fish and chips but mainly because it had an unusual batter and the halibut was cut into stick forms. The Belgian waffle was very flavorful. The service was challenging at times but overall we had a very good dining experience.“

“Great food and drinks, friendly staff, good music, fun vibes! I went there tonight for a birthday dinner and we were at the scorpion table which has actual live scorpions inside it! “My husband Mark and I met Doug at PJ Clark’s and went there for years. When he opened Hudson Malone, of course we went many times.! I then got sick (surgeries in 14 months, all good now!) ) and when I walked back in with my husband after almost two years, Doug saw us coming in, poured my favorite wine, took my hand and kissed it, and said ““Welcome Home Claudia”
The establishment is one sense of his excellence.. Humanity (no BS) is another. He’s the real deal! GO!
