“I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! “Love this early morning crew! Kyle and Shannon know my drink when I pull up to order, and it's never screwed up. Any other time of day it's always made wrong. Too little ice, extra milk. Sugar cakes to the bottom. I may sound picky but it's not that hard and we all deserve to have our coffee made the way we like.
I always ask to melt the sugar and every other place gives me attitude but not these guys!! and they are always so kind to me at the window. Please give tips when you can it's what they live off of!“
