He makes a phenomenal sandwich, but more importantly, he makes my day with his warm and welcoming demeanor. Stopping in to see him sets my whole day off on a more positive note.

“I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time today, mainly after speaking with Griffin, the manager, who was very courteous and professional on the phone. I had a coupon that was just one day expired, and he kindly agreed to honor it so I could give them a try.

When I arrived, the food was fresh and overall enjoyable. Griffin really stood out with excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude—definitely top-notch. A few of the other staff members could use more training on preparation to keep sandwiches neater, but that will likely improve with time and experience.“
