I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!“

The cake came out absolutely beautiful! She was on point with every detail. It was delivered on time, and it was absolutely delicious! “These are the honestly the best gluten-free shortbread cookies I’ve ever had—actually no! They are simply the best gluten-free anything I’ve ever tried. It’s hard to believe they don’t contain gluten because the texture and flavor are identical to traditional shortbread. Buttery, perfectly balanced, and rich without being too sweet. If no one told you they were gluten-free, you’d never guess. Absolutely outstanding product that somehow defies the laws of baking!“

“The atmosphere was really nice and there were a lot of seating (even though it was filled up because it was very busy). The girls at the counter were so efficient and kind.
The coffee was very good and the donut was absolutely delicious! The donut was the perfect size and the perfect treat if you're craving something small but sweet!
I also got a chocolate cake slice (not sure what it was called exactly) and two Italian rainbow cookies. Everything was incredible and very affordable!“

“Springdale bakery is on to something! Their bread is ridiculously good. I placed an order and it was on my doorstep the next morning, freshly baked. It reminds me of the crazy good bread you get for breakfast in Europe. We have so far eaten it toasted with butter and honey and with split pea soup.I’ve got all kinds of crazy ideas for this bread…including toasting it and crumbling it on top of Mac and cheese.Already placed my next order. They have struggled to keep consistent staff and several of the new staff don't seem to listen to your order. Sandy is amazing, friendly and courteous. I called Manny's Bakery I didn't even know they were there, I always thought is was a convenience store, spoke to Manny himself, he said email me the picture let's see what we can do. After reviewing the picture he was like we can't make the cupcake look square it's usually round, so I asked what if you can make it a square cake and then cut it into 30 individual pieces and then decorate them and he said YES we can do that, mind you I had mentioned the same thing to all the other bakeries I had spoken to. I brought by the original Minecraft toy so they could get the colors correctly and everything turned out GREAT they made my son totally happy and the talk of his school.
