“I am a simple iced coffee person with half and half but I have to say this is the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to in a while, they’re so nice and pleasant always, especially when Tyler is working, he’s the nicest shift supervisor and every time I go in and he’s working everyone seems so nice! “My son loves his pink drink so we stopped in for a treat. Line was long but the employees did a great job moving it along while processing a ton of mobile orders! Drinks were delicious ?. I tried a brown sugar oat milk drink. The sign that said low calorie caught my eye , and we shared a grilled cheese..it was really delicious. I had forgotten how much I like the food at Starbucks. We sat by the window. It was a clean store and restroom and service was fast and friendly. A pleasant visit.

Kid-friendliness: Fast service and good selection of quick treats!

Wheelchair accessibility: Store was wide and open. Shelving was along two small walls as opposed to in the middle of the store like an island. Bathroom accessible and straight ijbfrom doorway.“

“The card machine in these vending machines don't work. They take your money and don't give you a snack! I've contacted the company. I will change my review if I am satisfied with their response and how they handle the situation.

EDIT: The issue was resolved and a refund has been issued. Changing my rating from one star to four“

“We had an incredible experience tonight when ordering Take-out from Kibberia for the first time. We wanted to try a few items so I put my order in through Grubhub and got a call 5 minutes later from Matthew at Kibberia to tell me how awesome my order was and to thank me for choosing their restaurant. They sent a handwritten note with my order and even sent me an extra item to try. The food was an 11/10… phenomenal!definitely get the Lamb shwarma wrap, garlic chicken flatbread and some baklava for dessert! Thanks again for the great food and even better customer service.“

“I primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!! “A great place for my group gathering“

“There was 1 person scheduled to work this morning. She was doing the same amount of work as 3 people. Running the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. I felt so bad for her that corporate thinks it's okay to do this to their employees and keep cutting hours. This is how you get people to quit. She did a phenomenal job trying to get every customer's orders done. If she does the work of 3 people, then she deserves the pay of 3 people.“

“Clean, and friendly staff. Food tastes great, what you expect from McDonald's. Seemed like it all was freshly made and not sitting for long. 5 stars because I didn't get enough cream and sugar in my coffee and I asked them to add a little more and they were happy to help, no attitude at all“

“This is definitely one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Danbury, CT area. It's open 24/7.

What they don't tell you is that after 10 p.m. only the drive-thru is open; yet they offer all the same products as the walk-in store. I mention this because I have seen numerous people try to open the door after hours and then leave because they didn't know the drive-thru was available.

The employees here are very well trained. They're an excellent example for some other D.D. locations.“
