“Dunkin is my favorite coffee spot around! They have great food options and drink options, sometimes it's hard for me to choose what drink to get because they have so many amazing ones! The workers truly touch my heart with their fantastic customer service I couldn't imagine nicer employee? my kids also love coming here because of their great cold coolata drinks, there are so many flavors it's shocking!?? “

“There was 1 person scheduled to work this morning. She was doing the same amount of work as 3 people. Running the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. I felt so bad for her that corporate thinks it's okay to do this to their employees and keep cutting hours. This is how you get people to quit. She did a phenomenal job trying to get every customer's orders done. If she does the work of 3 people, then she deserves the pay of 3 people.“

“I went to this dunkin around 7-8pm on Friday and there was one young guy working by himself as his coworker was leaving right when I got there. This guy needs credit for what he was doing. He was absolutely amazing, switching between the counter and the drive through line. He was working as quickly and efficiently as a single person can and he was nothing but polite and respectful the entire time! My espresso drink came out literally perfect despite how busy this one worker was. Seriously, props to this guy. Manager, give him a raise and a promotion if he wants one. I have worked in food service for a long time and a guy like this guy deserves his own franchise.“

“This is definitely one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Danbury, CT area. It's open 24/7.

What they don't tell you is that after 10 p.m. only the drive-thru is open; yet they offer all the same products as the walk-in store. I mention this because I have seen numerous people try to open the door after hours and then leave because they didn't know the drive-thru was available.

The employees here are very well trained. They're an excellent example for some other D.D. locations.“

“I was here on April 7th and was pleased with the quality of their donuts. Also, the coffee was fresh, hot, and made to order. The young man with the scorpion neck tattoo was professional, articulate, and approachable.
I didn't go inside to place my order, I used their drive thru, hence why I didn't add stars on the atmosphere.“

“Absolutely L O V E the morning crew during the week and love going there because of them! They are so full of energy and always get your order right. As for the weekend crew, not so much. For that reason I only go during the week. But those guys I give 5 stars.also ~ for the reviews saying how slow it is.. what do you expect?! Do you see how tiny this dunkin is?? Leave early, plan ahead and you'll be fine. Sheesh cut them some slack!“
