“For a Starbucks in a Target I would say they are very efficient and kind. I have been coming here since they opened in like 2008 or something and I have never had a problem. I think the majority of the customers are uppity and snobbish. You try getting behind that counter for 8 hours and making luxurious coffees all day. Too much greed in this world, there is a human behind that counter.“

“MAINE girl here! My mother and I just came for an early dinner, we both ordered the lobster mac and cheese. The pasta was amazing! However, the actual lobster was dry, as if frozen or overcooked—we’re guessing frozen! Fresh is best!“
“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. “Everything about Bakers is wonderful. The staff is always very nice.I have a problem drinking anything from your composition. For some reason I end up with a bad stomach if I go there.But it never happens to me at Bakers Dozen . And everything tastes so much better than anywhere else.“

“Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!“
“We showed up this morning in the middle of the icy storm to the most efficient, nicest staff ever! Our food was hot and coffee perfect- the two staff members were a mother in law and son in law- they were delightful and made our pit stop relaxing during a stressful drive! Thank you!!!“

“I mean, it's Dunkin Donuts, it's not going to be the world's best food or coffee - we have plenty of other great local options for that. But if you need an ice coffee, quick - this is your spot. And honestly, I've always had good employees here, always friendly, kind, smiling. So if you must do Dunks - which I know we all must do sometimes - then this one is a fine choice.“
