I waitressed for 27 yrs in a Westport diner and we never charged a customer forbad food. We would just remake it again or offered something different. Customers a lot different in Westport.“

“Highly recommend Bobette’s, they offer delivery off their website and have been regularly ordering their soups, salads and sandwiches- the Turkey Cobb Salad is my favorite and I actually crave it weekly, lol and love the Barley Soup. Also get the Chicken Orzo and Chicken, Broccoli and Cavatelli Soup. Also recommend the Steak or Chicken Quesadillas. I have an older parent whose very picky and she never argues over any meals from Bobettes. Each order has been perfect, fresh ingredients and just tastes good.“

“5 ⭐️We went here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Sacred Heart University. Their location in Trumbull near the college was over an hour wait. Found out there was a second (original ) location in Stratford, On the phone they told us to come right over, they were waiting for us. When we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, were super friendly and super attentive. They treated my daughter like a super star. The food was delicious and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.“

“I hosted my husband’s surprise birthday party in the banquet room. We had over 50 people. It was a great night. The space was perfect, the food and service were awesome! Crystal was our point person and absolutely amazing but, the rest of the staff was excellent too. I highly recommend the Brookside Inn to anyone looking for a great and memorable event!“

“Food was excellent. My friend ordered the sea bass and loved it. I ordered one of the salad/rice bowls and it was delicious. Suzanne was the best waitress ever! She was friendly, funny and gave good recommendations regarding the menu. Ended up having friends show up and none of us were without service when it was needed. She was always there with a smile! Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Simply tremendous breakfast and brunch food, atmosphere and service. The food is “Upscale Comfort Food” and is simply the best. From the coffee, Lattes, pancakes, incredible French toasts, omelettes, or specials like Shrimp & Grits. The breads and biscuits and other sides are all special. We went mid day on a Tuesday and there was no wait.“

“Best bar in West Haven. I mean if you are going to dance and pay for overpriced shots then no. This is not your place. If you are looking for a bar where everyone knows your name and the beer is always cold and served right then this is your place.“
“Went to a baby shower there and it was really nice. The place was very clean and the owner was there and he was very personable and he made sure that things were available to us. The area was spacious and they have a full kitchen to use. Would have a event there.“

“Starting with the staff, our event went seamlessly, mainly because species staff are incredible. Thanks so Brandon, Dan, Gabby and Nicole for making the night perfect for our entire group. There were nothing but compliments I heard about the food/drink, and the of course the view is breathtaking and tranquil at the same time. Highly recommended.“

“We absolutely love this place! We have been twice. The second time was this week with my sister (visiting from England). They were very busy but got us seated fairly quickly. The manager asked if we were from England. We then realized that once we were seated, they were playing British hits over the speakers. It was such an awesome touch for us! The food was incredible. The cheese dip with the pretzel sticks is amazing. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the short rib grilled cheese, and the fish (fish and chips) was as close to home as we've gotten over here. I had the portobello wrap, which was delicious. They make a very yummy kids pudding as well, which our daughter loved. We will be back in the near future. I'm so glad this place is a part of our town ❤️“

“Parker is my family’s favorite restaurant!! The food is amazing and the customer service is remarkable. I would highly suggest Parker if you want a great meal in an extraordinary environment. My favorite meal is the salt and pepper calamari with the short rib. Parker is perfect for a family outing or even just a casual night at the bar. Five stars.“

“We are staying in the hotel here.On our first night staying here on Monday, we just wanted to know we had dinner sorted so we ate here.The food was absolutely delicious.It is a little bit more than we'd normally pay for a meal but well worth it.The quality of the food and the service is second to none.We liked it so much we ate here again tonight.
Dietary restrictions: We have our breakfast here every morning whilst we're staying. I need dairy free milk and every morning they get me some. It's no trouble.“

“We were in the area for a celebration of life. The rooms are newly renovated. There was a slight odor in the corridors from the paint and carpets, but the rooms were wonderful. The Bistro staff was friendly and enjoyable. The food was good, but not a lot of options.“
“Chelsea at the front desk went to extraordinary lengths to help us with a room assignment. Though the hotel is pet- friendly, she worked patiently and thoughtfully to locate a room that would be healthy for us. We both have allergies and asthma. We quickly exited when checking into another hotel for which we had a reservation, because we learned they allowed any all all types of pets. Guinea pigs, rabbits, whatev. Chelsea found us a room at the Courtyard that suited our needs, even at the last minute. Thank you, Chelsea! You took your commitment to customer satisfaction very seriously and did so kindly. Incidentally, though reviews are not stellar for this Courtyard, we found our room to be clean and our needs were met. We would stay there again.“
