“Husband is a truck driver we stopped here for a couple hours. Tommy at the register is awesome, told us about some things to do while we wait and said Chesters food was good. The food was great the only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they had the poor guy back there doing everything by himself (register and cook) it was very busy but he pulled it off.“

“We had reservations at another restaurant in Southwick for 30+ people and were told day of that they could no longer accommodate us so we were left scrambling last minute for a place. I called the Rail trail and spoke with the owner Natalie who was more than happy to accommodate us all last minute. They were completely ready for us a half hr before we arrived. We had Heather as our waitress who was phenomenal and handle our large group with ease and grace! I couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated and the food, as always, was delicious!!!“

“The cashier was patient and on top of things. The food didn't take long and was fresh, flavorful and hot. The place was clean. You can tell they aren't using old oil either. I was thoroughly impressed. I hope all locations are this good.“

“Hands-down the best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Friendly, careful with our gluten allergy, Banter-y. Poor guy had been on the clock for 11 hours when we picked up a pair of sandwiches after Trick-or-treating with the kids, and he was cheerful and friendly to everyone in the shop. I know this is a new location, but hopefully the atmosphere never changes!“
