“Belgian and Belgian inspired beers. Cozy tasting room with a good selection of house brews plus Belgian beers including quads, lambics and sours. Brew staff are friendly and happy to talk beer. Tap list includes overshores brewing beer and several experimental beers from the staff. Best option is to start with flights and then order a New Haven shandy made with their Wit.“
“Great venue! Love the setup, lots of little nooks for conversation. There was a water dispenser out with cups which was great, I would love to see more bars that host live music have this. Good staff, and the entertainment was excellent. Will definitely return!“
“Athletic Brewing is an absolutely stellar company that has great products, excellent customer service, and a drive to always be innovating. I contacted customer service for some cans of beer that were shipped and appeared pooched. I was responded to promptly and courteously and offered a voucher for replacement. I also love how quickly orders get fulfilled. I live in Maryland and I can place an order on a weekday and have the beer arrive on my doorstep just two days later for their standard shipping.“
“Excellence in a glass is the best way to describe this brewery. Armada has a wonderful lineup of brews like their well-balanced "Till Death" hibiscus lager, and the super smooth coffee infused "A Tale of Two Kings" golden stout. I highly recommend stopping here for a pint and 4-packs to go ?“
“I first tried Skygazer watercolors at "Small State Great Beer" back in 2019 and was blown away by how awesome it was. Out of the entire festival, it stood out and was the best in my opinion. Since then I have developed a palate for sour beers, and it continues to be the best in the game for me. Every single sour we try from skygazer is just phenomenal. It just keeps getting better!“
“Spacious and clean space to hang out with friends, to get some work/studying done or to just dog watch! Came in around 11am on a weekend and it was pretty quiet, only a few tables were taken. Things picked up a bit later in the afternoon around 1pm but there was still plenty of space for big groups to grab tables/couches. Didn't get a chance to try the beer but the coffee was quality and the peanut butter brownie was sooo good!“

“Always a favorite stop after a hike, especially to try whatever is new and unique and to fill the awesome growler. Friendly folks, food trucks on site, lots of seating inside and out, selection of jarred veggies and spices. Highly recommend!“
“Caius farm brewery is a relatively new brewery and it's a nice addition to the beer scene. The venue is nice and modern and usually gets packed pretty fast, but there is also outdoor seating for the nice weather. I really enjoy all the light beers like the Pilsner and lagers. The beers are nice crisp and clean easily crushable for the hot weather. I also like how they are one of the only few breweries that adjust the foam level of the beer to how you like it. the IPAs here are not bad as well but I have had better. I like the nitrous out here bonus for popcorn. I would recommend this place and definitely be back.“
“New England Brewing Company (NEBCO) has been around for many years now. Since the first time I’ve tried their beer almost a decade ago through now I have never been disappointed. They make great pale ales and IPAs. I love G Bot, fuzzy baby ducks, supernaut, double fuzzy baby ducks, sea hag and the list goes on and on. While you are in Woodbridge Connecticut, you must take the 15 minute drive to New Haven and scarf down either Sally’s, Frank Pepe’s or Modern Apizza. You will not be disappointed.“
“Had a great time at No Worries! Went there first on Wednesday and the bartender recommended Pinky Ring IPA. It was such a good beer, I went back there on Thursday and Friday. The lady that helped me on Wednesday, and the guy (I should have gotten his name! he is studying to be a chiropractor) on Thursday and Friday, were both super friendly. Talked with the locals as well and it felt like I was in my hometown craft brewery. Lots of families there along with dogs - it was great. If you are in the area, its a great place to stop by. Would highly recommend.“
“Its a breath of fresh air as a craft beer lover to find a spot specializing in traditional german styles and not just shoving overproduced mediocre IPAs down your throat. They make a mean pilsner and dunkel with a nice rotating fruit gose as well. The venue is also super pretty offering a fun trivia night. The soft pretzels are fantastic but it's also in a perfect spot with the New Haven food court next door which they let you order and bring into the brewery!“
“This is my favorite brewery. My best friend dragged me here and I feel like I owe him my life. The selection of sours, IPAs, and food here is just unbeatable. It’s almost an 8 hour drive for me to get here and knowing I’ll come to Thimble Island makes the whole drive worth it.“
“Not too long ago I experienced my first beer with Front Porch Brewing and really enjoyed it! I had Neil's Samoa Donut Stout. This is categorized as a pastry stout and I really like those but have to be in the right mood for one. Preferably during the colder months out of the year. Apparently there are a few variations with the donut stout but as the name implies I got the Samoa version. What makes up in the flavor and texture profile is a sweet, smooth, chocolate, creamy and rich beer that Steve and I shared. A whole pint of this might have been too much for me but Steve and I shared it which made it proportioned quite well. A wonderful start with this brewery and would love to try the other donut versions of this stout! I saw a French Toast one that also caught my eye!“
“Awesome beer and awesome for hanging out! I've loved Big Cranky for years now but as a wedding photographer, having the chance to work at Stony Creek is cool, too. The laid-back vibe is great for sessions and they do very well at hosting weddings the production area and upstairs. Highly recommended for your wedding day or a portrait session!“
“Sour Diesel is without a doubt one of the best beers I've ever had! The facility (The Beeracks) is great. It was a good place to stop and have some Tasters! Great people and a Great Atmosphere!!! As someone who travels for a living Hoax has quickly become one of my favorite breweries in the country.“
