The atmosphere felt calm and peaceful and the decor was beautiful!if you are a coffee drinker and like strong coffee, the Vietnamese ice coffee was amazing. “Very quick, organized and professional service. They are also very kind, I called to see which menu item was what I was looking for and in the confusion ordered 3 of the wrong item. Drove all the way back home with the food only to realize I had goofed. I came back and they had the new food prepared in 5 minutes flat, let me keep the misordered items and I only paid the difference in price for the actual menu item I had wanted. Great customer service, very quickly prepared and will return and recommend to friends and family!“

“If you're lucky enough in Franklin Square to be coming by you'll have some of the BEST Chinese food in Eastern CT. Real ingredients, Real spices (including Ginger Root) and awesome Gen. Tso's chicken freshly cut and prepared! Most of their offerings are fresh, not frozen and prepared on order! No boilbags here, even the rice is better! Great chinese spare ribs, too. Great Beverage coolers with many choices! Great friendly cashier.“

“China Garden has some of the best-tasting food in town. The owners are wonderful and always make sure the food is fresh. The restaurant is consistently clean, which I really appreciate. I usually order the house special fried rice, and it’s always packed with shrimp, fresh vegetables, and great flavor. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots! I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“So far, the house won ton soup, the chicken lo mein and the shrimp chow Mein are my favorites. My guy and I have been Chinese take out testing and so far, Sweet Rice is the best. The pork fried rice is moist as well as the chicken in the lo main. The noodles are delicious! The shrimp in the chow mein were perfectly cooked. What a gem we have in Salem. It may not look like much but he serves up some delicious eats! Don't judge a book by its cover.“
