P.S. - My daughter has worked here for years and the owners treat their employees very well! As for the person who posted a review below…the check/money were found in a dishwasher bucket, they got swiped up by accident. (But regardless, it never would’ve taken it out of her paycheck, even if it had been stolen.) The customer deleted their post after Gus’s reached out. Sad to see this place being slandered based on a misunderstanding.“

“Panera Bread in Lisbon is by far the best Panera I’ve ever been to!! The staff is amazing!! They are so friendly and welcoming and have such a great working relationship with each other!! I have so much respect for the managers and how well they run this Cafe!! They all make it a point of calling me by name and I look forward to seeing each and every one of them every time I visit!! You can see by the way they interact with each customer that they truly care about us!!! This cafe is extremely clean, and the food and drinks are always fresh and delicious!!! This is my favorite restaurant, not only because of the exceptional food, but also because of the incredible people who work here!!!“
