I know any of the options would have been perfect but seasonally this was the best choice. It was a perfect balance of sweetness from the poached pears and savory from browned butter. The textures also complimented each other well. The ravioli was a little al dente but not chewy; structurally important to balance the smooth squash inside and then the shaved Brussels sprouts had a nice crunch. My husband had the chicken tacos. Simple and delicious. Only suggestion he made was the salsa should have been less chilled or room temp for the flavors to come out a bit more. Definitely recommend for any occasion. Will be back to try the other options I couldn’t have this time.“

“Our hotel was right across the street, so one night we decided to grab a late-night snack with a beer. This place delivered exactly what we wanted. The tots were hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. The boneless wings were fairly standard, but they met our expectations.“

“This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Gina the waitress was super friendly and very accommodating. The Atmosphere was great as we had a view of the stream. I had lobster taco which was pretty good, it could of been a bit more seasoned, but overall i enjoyed my meal. The cost is somewhat on the pricey side. I would definitely go back.“

“Came on a monday night for trivia, and we’ve never been before. Safe to say it was a fun place to be and exceeded our expectations. Limited food menu, so we ate before, but we did consume the fresh (free) popcorn they had. Pitcher of a lite beer was $15. The Bar, looks like a scene out of Hogwarts, dark, funky candles, old wooden tables with names carved in them, and definitely historic. Its a good thing we arrived a bit earlier for 6pm Monday night trivia as it was crowded, lots of Yalies there too.“

“So sad to see such a nice place deteriorate. On all accounts it was a huge disappointment- no garnish on an old fashioned, the actual burger was good quality, bacon was cold, cheese was melted on the bun (stale)not the burger. We won’t go back - the bathroom was atrocious!!!“
