Dunkin' Donuts in Hartford

“Most Dunkins around here if you ask for your bagel to be toasted, even if you ask them to double toast it, they only let the bagel look at the oven in terror for half a second before pulling it away so that somehow it's actually colder than it was.

Just now, 258pm on April 29th, I ordered the $6 Meal Deal and asked for the bagel that my sandwich was on to be toasted. Now, I bit down into it expecting the bagel to be softer than the down on a baby duck, but boy did I get the surprise of my life. For the first time in about 25 years, my bagel was actually crunchy and REALLY toasted. Best sausage egg and cheese on a toasted sesame seed bagel I have had in decades, all because the employee actually read that the bagel should be toasted.

Now to go get dental work done to repair my broken teeth from the unexpected crunchiness.“

“They are always pleasant. I didn’t go
inside the facility; yet at the drive through- you can hear the laughter and positive interaction between employees while getting orders ready. From experience- it makes it a great environment for customers also.

Vegetarian options: Not sure about what level of vegetarian; no meat is always an option on many of the items as well as no dairy- if eggs are a no go then this might not be a place for a vegan.

Dietary restrictions: Unless you have a lot of allergies and have gluten sensitivity then this is always an option. Not sure what gluten free items are on the menu. Once you let the workers know about the allergies- they are very helpful.

Parking: This Dunkin is close to the highway next to a gas station and post office. So even if it’s busy- you can park at either place and walk over.

Wheelchair accessibility: Didn’t see any issues.“

“This is my absolute go-to Dunkin. The ladies are amazing! They make my entire day. I love my DD but they are not all created equal. My coffee its always perfect and never bitter. I only go here mainly for my morning gals and they never disappoint. Michelle and Ash are my daily happy…. and the perfect coffee doesn’t hurt. :)“

“While they may not always have my cold brew they always have cheerful customer service reps that go above and beyond to ensure you have whatever you order in a timely fashion. The team has great conflict resolution when dealing with irate customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will return“

Parking: Parking can get busy in full at times since this dunkin' donuts is directly across from Hartford Hospital“

“Very polite when asked a question very professional answer food ready on time the manager running the shift is very understandable and very kind she manages her crew with a good attitude and respect I say this because the crew is not the problem people are when they argue with the crew of this location this Wendy's shouldn't be getting any bad reviews this crew deserves a raise and a party they aren't the problem costumers are the problem always trying to make somebody's day bad I give them five stars on how they handle these situation like I said before theanager running the shift is awesome she can understand better than costumers to the manager that serve me today thank you keep up the good work“

“My friend and I go here 3 to 4 times a week,depends on who's working. You can get great service or horrible service. Lucky for us it's usually the nice Hispanic woman working. The Indian lady is very rude and not welcoming. Come on, it's early morning.“

“Unfortunately I was brought up on the real Dunkin donuts when all the donuts n pastries were made on site every 6 hours now these same donuts n pastries are frozen thawed warmed up and they call that fresh. When u see Sysco making Dunkin donuts deliveries they are bringing in ur frozen donuts and pastries their donuts r so small now that the company has done away with the shoebox and serve our frozen, donuts in a pizza box“

“Maple avenue Dunkin donuts in Hartford is definitely my go to and favorite branch. Even when something goes wrong they fix with no issues and or attitudes. Stuff happens it's how we fix it. Always hood vibes here. Don't know his name but tall light skinned guy with curly hair and high man ponytail/bun was playing no games with the recommendations today. Ordered the new pesto tomato and cheese but they had no pesto. Suggested avocado instead. Delicious.“
