“Best Subway sub I've ever had. The girl did a phenomenal job. Very fresh and made very neatly and plenty of toppings. Long wait, but well worth it. Really nice clean store as well. Definitely recommend stopping if you're in the area.“

“Locals know ... The Mill is home to some of the area's best food. Add Masa to the top of the list. Pretty much everything is made in house, down to the mustard. Today we split the bacon egg cheese and the sausage egg cheese both on focaccia. Freash delicious food and such nice people. From the homemade pico de gallo to the service, such a great find. Can't wait to go back, dinner is next. Everything but the empanadas can be made gluten free.

“My husband and I came to Mystic for a few days. The first day it rained all day and all night. For dinner we just wanted to pick up some sandwiches and return to our hotel room. We went to this Subway and ordered two meatball parm sandwiches with fresh mozzarella. The owner was very friendly and made us the most delicious sandwiches, fresh, toasted and lots of sauce. We returned the next day and picked up some sandwiches for lunch. We found this location clean, fully stocked with everything and we had the cookies which were fresh baked and delicious! We highly recommend stopping in and having a sandwich there!“

“I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“

Wait time can be longer during traditional meal times. Only once did I have to wait for my order to be completed after I placed an online order. The Norwich location might be a training location, which would explain the high turnover of staff.“
