“My husband and I stopped here for the first time today and we were very satisfied with the food and service. while we waited for our meatball grinders we were offered a sample of their pea soup and it was the best we've ever had! that's saying something because I've always thought my mom's was the best. we ate our grinders until we were about to burst and they wrapped our leftovers for us. the best part about that is when we went back to eat them, our grinders were labeled "his :)" and "hers :)". we will definitely be eating here again!“

“I’ve been to this location many times on my lunch break, and I prefer this location over the one closest to my home. The sandwich artists are always so nice, respectful, and attentive. I’m always greeted with a smile. Even the manager is a very nice gentleman. The atmosphere is very clean, cleaner than many full-service Subways I’ve been too, and my order is always correct, made in a timely
manner, neatly made, and not thrown together. I have nothing bad to say about this location; they are the standard for customer service and cleanliness.“

“Not all Jersey Mike’s are created equal! This afternoon I stopped into the Lisbon location and had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Mike, Peggy, and the rest of the team. I cannot say enough about this particular location!

The staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — looking you in the eye, engaging in conversation, and making you feel like they were happy you were there. The restaurant was bright, clean, and organized… and they may have had some of the reddest tomatoes I’ve ever seen at a Jersey Mike’s!

“I've lived a few blocks away for 2 years but the reviews looked bad so I never tried this location until about 4 months ago. We have now ordered from this place about 5 times online and picked up ourselves and my 17 yr old has walked there to order. Everytime every grinder is perfect!! “I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“

“I was just at subway a couple hours ago, 6-7 pm 2/12/2023 and the gentleman there made me the best subway sandwich. He also was very friendly, made my sandwich perfectly, but the nicest part is it’s the end of the work day and he still had a smile while dealing with me.

“This has been a terrible week for my family. My cat died, my son got in an awful car accident, and my bank account was hacked. All this and I lost power during the storm and all my refrigerated and frozen was lost. All my disabled daughter and I wanted was some comfort food. Went here with 2 $5 gift cards and some change. Went to pay and the gift cards didn't work. It took me like 30 minutes to get it straightened out. I was dying of embarrassment the whole time and with everything else going on I was very close to a meltdown. I write all this because the young girls at the counter were so kind, respectful and patient with me the entire time. No eye rolls, no signs of frustration, just excellent customer service. You can get Subway anywhere, customer service if this caliber not do much. When I get my money straight I will definitely come back and give these girls a much better tip.“
