I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! I was disgusted by the way I was treated by them..I went to subway instead…and I was NOT disappointed! AND I caught the sandwich of the day!”

The parking lot was full but you can park near the gas station across the road .The staff were very helpful and helped set up a table for 4 for us .The room is small ,but feels warm and cozy .The Easter decor looked cute .
