“As i entered the store it was busy and there were only two people doing everything! Taking orders at the front counter and drive through. Making coffee and food. Most people would be under pressure and rude in a situation like this! Jetmir and Rihanna were not rude at all. They were very pleasant and helpful! They made my day! Great customer service is very important to me! I will be back for this reason alone!! Thank you again!“

“After 8 months of living here I can finally say I've found the best Dunkin in the tritown area. At every other dunkin I can expect there to be 2 people working and wait anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. This establishment is well maintained, adequately staffed, has a sleek interiors and friendly staff. I ordered an iced coffee and a 25 count of munckins. The order was completed in < 4 minutes or less. Like cmon? Does it get better than that?! Now every time I want to treat my weekly case group to a sweet treat I will be SURE to visit this dunkin.“

“Ernest is a very kind manager ..he knows customer service ..treating customers in a kind friendly manner brings us coming back ..he reminded me it was free donut day my last visit ..and made a fresh pot of hot decaf that was probably the best cup of coffee I had in a long while .. the store is clean and I love the outdoor seating .I really love dropping into this location and am always happy to see Ernest ..“

“I have been complaining about Dunkin Donuts at the corner of Rt66/17 for years to them and nothing comes of it. If you drive thru their drive thru after ordering food, when you get to the register, there is a small box outside the window that is supposed to tell you the price of your food, Since it has been broken for the past 5 years (and they are not fixing git) It read "NOTHING", so that is what you should pay for the food for. So in conclusion FREE DUNKIN DONUTS PRODUCT IF YOU BUY IT THRU THE DRIVE THRU. 😎🤡😎🤡😎“

“I don’t know what the bad reviews are about . Girl in drive through was listening , was polite and even asked if we wanted a tray. No other Dunkin has ever asked. Coffee taste good. Hash browns are perfect. Other places taste gross or burnt. I recommend the $6 deal with croissant 🥐 . 9 cream , 9 sugar on coffee and ketchup & crushed red pepper on your croissant. I add mine 😆 thanks guys !!! Appreciate it. Oh and don’t forget to download Dunkin’ app and scan app before paying . That’s how you get points“
