“We ate here last night and the food and service were wonderful! What was even more wonderful was the customer service when I left my purse at the restaurant. “It was just too dark in the seating that they gave us. I asked if they could turn up the lighting but they were unable to. Also, they put us right near the door on the coldest night when there were many other tables available. The food was excellent!!“

“Im a dining service director from new Hampshire but the company i worked for has kitchens in CT drove Monday for a 2 day trip Tuesday call my gf at home ask her do you want pizza she said sure.
So I call order 2 large pie cheese 1 medium pie pepperoni.
My order got confused and I got all pepperoni and the chef told me im sorry made a mistake I will make you a cheese free of charge and I said no need too.
A good chef admit mistake and take care of a costumer but I will say this was the best pizza that I had in my life omg I was driving 95 eating yum pie.
Got home gf N grandkids were swimming in the pool waiting they loved the pizza and they said can we go and get more.
I just want to say ty for making my family afternoon great and ty for a great pie of pizza God bless your business.“

“This is my first time trying Columbian food and I am hooked!!!!! The AL Pastor Columbian style Arepas is by far one of the most delicious things I have had in a long time. The cornbread base was sweet without being cloying and mixed with the pork and pineapple, OH MY GOD! My dish came with a side of some of the most flavorful rice I have ever had and it was topped with some sweet plantains. The serving is more than generous. I'm a big girl and I am easily getting 2 meals out of my order. The prices are very reasonable! Do yourself a favor and find this hidden gem while you are in town. You will not be disappointed!“

“I visited blue tortuga on a Monday evening for a friends birthday. The chicharrón with guacamole was great, the main dish was out of this world. The French toast dessert was amazing. The service was great, highly recommend.“

“We were in the neighborhood and the delicious smell coming from this place caught our attention. We stopped in and had a wonderful experience. For starters we had an empanada made from plantain, it was very good, made better with a sauce they gave us. Next we shared a plate called Picada which was various types of fried meats which was excellent. It contained pork, chicken, beef and a type of sausage. It was served with tostones (fried green plantains). The serving was huge. We loved most of it, except for the beef, personally I like it more rare and it was over done. The restaurant has an extensive menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. When you enter don’t be surprise if it looks like a corner store, they do have tables set up to eat in or takeout.“

“The atmosphere is intimate, the empanada's are so amazing, with a very creative variety!! It is clear that this is a labor of love, and your palette will benefit in a big way. I also, happen to catch a couple of event nights there that were really enjoyable. One, displayed a artists paintings, and the other was an open mic night, anyone was welcome. That was most enjoyable.. Put this on your "must" list!!“

“I booked Ay! Arepa food truck for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made, it was AMAZING. Ernesto was a total pleasure to work with leading up to my wedding and communicative, kind, and enthusiastic. The arepas got absolute raves at my wedding. So many guests complimented the food, and called out the arepas. My husband says the flavor was delicious and they were speedy in bringing them out and so many guests complimented them. I sadly didn't get to eat much at my wedding but the next day when settling up our bills we stopped by another restaurant from Ernesto, Rubamba, and the arepas there were delicious. The food tasted like it was made with care and love. Guests told me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding - highly recommend! A lot of our guests also mentioned how nice Ernesto and the servers at the truck were.“

“I go here often and get the shrimp fried rice but I hate that they never remember me when I go. Can't be that many black women going in that establishment. I spend a lot of money here, so that part is disheartening. Also, they don't speak English well, so that gets frustrating as well & they over price for alcoholic “
