“My husband and I are beyond vegan (meaning, as well as not eating animals, we don't eat anything artificial.) It's hard for us to find any good restaurants where we live so we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out Botanika. We were amazed at how delicious everything was...and we ordered 1burito, 2 wraps, 2 pulled jackfruit, mac n "cheese," and two (or three) of every dessert they had! (of course we took some home lol) The chocolate cheesecake was absolutely delicious! The owner and server were completely sweet and friendly. This charming little cafe is filled with good vibes and loving energy. We will definitely be returning.“

“Y’all… I wish I could make this review as loaded as my plate! I ordered the oxtails with rice and peas, plantains, mixed veggies, and mac and cheese. Babyyy every bite was giving soul and intention.

Let’s start with the oxtails…fall-off-the-bone tender, smothered in a rich, savory gravy that had chunks of potatoes and carrots soaking up all that goodness. Straight comfort in a box. The sides? Whew. The plantains were sweet and caramelized just right. The veggies? Not an afterthought! They were seasoned and still had a nice bite. The rice and peas were dangerously addictive.

But let’s talk about that mac. A lot of folks claim their mac and cheese is it, but this one? No debate. Whoever’s in the back made it with love and a mission. Creamy, cheesy, and baked just right. Top-tier. One of my favorite restaurant macs in a long time. Don’t play with them! They know flavor here!“

“I really love this place! I mean, we don’t come here often, but tasting on ice cream served here once again made me remember how well it’s appreciated and respected. For one, the flavors are excellent. My brother was shocked to have 2 enormous balls of ice cream on such a small cone, but when tasting the brownie ice cream left him with a reaction similar to the one in ratatouille where the midget chef eats ratatouille and grasps the table cloth. Unfortunately, I could not take a photo of his ice cream but I did for my pistachio. I would love to come here more often.“

“Best Thai food! I ordered the Thai salad, chicken drunken noodles, and Thai clear broth noodle soup with beef. Everything was absolutely delicious. We tried their dosa and lunch bowl (goat korma), which was absolutely delicious .The spicy level was just right for us.The portion size was also generous. “The food was excellent. It took a little while to prepare, which to me meant is was made with care, and made fresh. It was totally worth the wait. The chicken shawarma platter was very flavorful and the portion was generous. The presentation would have been nicer in a plate rather than a tin container, with plastic utensils and tiny napkins, but I would imagine that this keeps the cost down, and makes it easier to take the rest home, since I couldn't finish the smaller size entree. The atmosphere is no frills, but the food exceeded my expectations.“
