“To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!“

“This is the BEST pizza in Danbury. Pizza is a simple food but not simple to get right. These people nailed it. Crispy crust, bright and balanced sauce. Everything works perfectly. Keep up the good work! I’d upload a picture but I just ate the two slices I got for lunch today.“

My personal recommendations are any of their chicken dishes (sesame & general tsaos are the best i think) and any of their fried rice options. their lo mein is also excellent, with a good ratio of noodle and meat; you get a free egg roll with every meal (which is fine, nothing special), and a donut (which i really enjoy). I also really appreciate the size of their portions - always leftovers for the next day with anything I order. moon star gets my highest recommendation for takeout in the danbury area.“
