“Everything was great! My wife and I brought our two kids (14 & 11) there yesterday evening and everyone enjoyed themselves. The oysters, shrimp, and clam chowder couldn’t have been more fresh. Kids enjoyed their lobsters and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Our youngest thought our server Adam looked like Tom Brady lol. All around perfect- thank you!“

“I had the pleasure of working alongside Jack and Janet’s team at a wedding hosted at Griswold Point, and they were truly fantastic to work with. Throughout the evening, my guests could not stop complimenting the incredible charcuterie board and delicious pizza. We had 140 guests to serve, and their team managed to feed everyone in under 45 minutes, the fastest service I’ve experienced at any wedding I’ve planned! I highly recommend this pizza truck for full-service catering at any event.

“This review is long over do. This women has been blessed with the gift of baking. She makes things up and it comes to life. I can't go there too much because she has caused my family and I to become addicts. Baby she make a sweet potato cookie. Its not your average cookie plop some dough and bake. It has a buttery sweet crispy outside and in the middle a creamy sweet potato surprise. I have tried a lot of things in this bakery but that cookie is my goto. I dont buy just one. I get one for the car and one for home that I cut in 4s so I can stretch it out. I am currently in cookie rehab right now but I will be relapsing on Tuesday. “Excellent dining experience! Our waitress Paola S was fantastic. The food was delicious and the menu full of great selections. One dish needed to be sent back ( our fault) and replaced and it was handled quickly and without any fuss. We will definitely return when we come back to New Haven.“

“Food was excellent and very healthy. I had the chicken and broccoli combination platter. It was some of the best I ever had. Chicken was nice and tender and very crispy. Broccoli and carrots were very delicious. Definitely will be going back. House of Chao is my new favorite Chinese restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who is passing through the Westville New Haven area and looking for good quality Chinese food ??“

“Usually their salads are delicious. But today i came by, right when they opened up (prob a mistake) and ordered a crispy chicken salad … My salad was done in about 5 mins …. ( how can chicken be cooked that fast?) Anyway, i tried to eat the salad for dinner. My croutons were stale, the bread was stale and tomatoes along with the cucumbers tasted like theve been sitting out from the night before. I doubt chicken was freshly made. I’m so disappointed. Next time i know not to come right when they open up.“

“This is my first time trying Columbian food and I am hooked!!!!! The AL Pastor Columbian style Arepas is by far one of the most delicious things I have had in a long time. The cornbread base was sweet without being cloying and mixed with the pork and pineapple, OH MY GOD! My dish came with a side of some of the most flavorful rice I have ever had and it was topped with some sweet plantains. The serving is more than generous. I'm a big girl and I am easily getting 2 meals out of my order. The prices are very reasonable! Do yourself a favor and find this hidden gem while you are in town. You will not be disappointed!“
