“One of the best restaurant in New London. The family that owns the restaurant makes you feel like you’re part of their family. Food is fresh, top quality, flavorful and the prices are beyond fair with really big portions. If you don’t visit them you’re missing out.“

“Our server, Sher P was wonderful. The resturant was very busy but she was extremely intentional to make sure we were comfortable. Her customer service was outstanding. The food was very good as well. We both wanted salads (cobb salad and strawberry salad) and they were more than we could eat. Thank you Sher for such a great customer service experiance.“

“i just wanted to shoutout Jake's Diner for their above and beyond customer service. i placed an order on door dash because I had knee surgery and its a rainy day. The door dash driver delivered me someone else order from a whole different place and then tried to blame it on the restaurant. when I called the restaurant they made me a whole new fresh order and even delivered it to me and they dont even deliver. That type of service is rare now a days. I will continue to support our local businesses. Thank you so much!“

“I found this little pub while I was on a date on my birthday. The atmosphere and crowd was pretty decent. most of all, I love the fact that they do live performances. Unfortunately for me the person who I was with wasn't feeling the music and wanted to leave. Honestly, I should've ditched her ass instead and vibe out with another chick that night (something that my gut feeling was screaming at me to do). If I ever get another opportunity come to this pub, I might just change the star rating.“

“Its a binary option; take it or drive around the long way …DUH. The RV ticketing contrast between Cross Sound and Cape May/Lewes is night and day. On Cross Sound, rigs that are 23’ or longer you can only phone order your ticket (and pay double the price). No rhyme or reason why; operator takes the same information and enters it instead of you doing it online. Office hours are yours to guess…not listed. Just remember no guns and shut off your propan.“

“The food here is wonderful! Nice atmosphere and a beautiful setting. We go every summer with a group of friends for their outdoor YARN concerts. Highly recommend. 5 stars.“

“I went here with my family and let me tell you, it is the definition of FEEL GOOD PLACE! It is a cozy little cafe with 80’s or maybe earlier, handheld games spread throughout the cafe. While we waited we enjoyed playing many games I hadn’t played in years! While we were just chit chatting, all the sudden marshmallow come flying at us! My daughter thought it was so cool, we looked over to see one of the ladies shooting them from behind the counter. She came over a little while later to squirt ketchup and mustard at us, it was a prank but very funny! It was really just a string. To top it off, she brings a small claw machine so my daughter could play it and win some prizes. We found out that they feed squirrels that come up to the window, so we inquired and one of the women tried to get the squirrel to come so we could see it. Unfortunately it did not happen but honestly, just left feeling like my soul was warmed. The food was amazing! The coffee was hot and all the women working there were truly a delight! I wish I lived closer, I’d definitely become a regular. Best part- aside from taking some photos for memories, no one was on their phone. Just really enjoying the cafe and experience.“

“Was pleasantly surprised to see Freds Shanty open for a quick bite to eat! And even more so when Ozzie came out to say hello and that he just recently bought and opened the place! Scallop roll was yummy! And reasonably priced. I treated myself since I’ve been home all winter lol!“

“The ratings for La Luna's should be a five. The food is delicious and visually appealing. The staff is excellent. The meals are freshly made . There are not that many Italian restaurants without having to drive a distance, that can live up to the quality of their meals. The owner , chefs and staff are very accommodating.“
