“With the move just down the street, Beanz and Co & The NE pasta co transformed itself to another level. The place is spacious and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. In addition to the main dining area, There are three separate seating areas: a room with comfy seats for a small group of talkers, a back room for a quieter setting and a third room perfect for a work meeting or small group of friends or couples.

I love the inclusion of staff with challenges, otherwise may not have this positive opportunity. 💜

The catering is great; I’ve taken home a number of delicious family meals.

“Honestly a GEM of a restaurant and a place that I will return going as long as they are open. Food was superb and a great menu , it will be tough for parking I think because it is in downtown Hartford. But hell I dont care because the food is that good, so the plan is to order food to eat inside and order to take out for next day, great job guys, coming back soon!!!!“

Our guests loved the food, the décor, the music, and the warm, welcoming vibe. The staff went above and beyond—Charlene, Diana, and Alissa took care of us with so much care and professionalism. Everything ran smoothly and felt special. We’re so thankful for the whole team. This will definitely be our go-to spot for future celebrations! 1000000/10 experience!!“

“Bagels used to be made locally at Goldberg’s, always very fresh. Picked up some today and they were not the same— could tell because they were refrigerated, slightly stale, and very different recipes.

Have had tremendous breakfast food here for 5+ years, but wanted to confirm with the new owners— are bagels still sourced from Goldberg’s? If not, where from?“

“I went in this morning for a pound of medium roast decaf and a quick espresso. They have an excellent interior that was nice to relax in for a few minutes before rushing off. The staff member was also super friendly. Great neighborhood too. They were carrying a limited edition run of a anaerobic process light roast from Rwanda, so I bought a bag out of curiosity. This is currently the best coffee I have ever brewed. It tastes sweet and like apples! I am really glad that they were carrying this today!“

“A very busy,clean, cozy and friendly neighborhood cafe. The figgy sandwich and latte coffee was delicious. The staff was very helpful in recommending our choices. Plenty of various comfortable indoor seating.
Space was shared by an ice cream spot unfortunately not open in the morning. Various merchandise for sale. Atmosphere and patrons were very welcoming.“

“Great place to visit in downtown New Britain. It's located in an old renovated brick building with a bar, pizza and Mexican restaurant. There is a private room to rent along with multiple comfortable seating areas and even a pool table. The coffee and egg sandwich was hot and delicious served by such a sweet friendly staff.“

“First timer here. The atmosphere was awesome. Sat at the bar and watched motoGP. I ordered the brisket egg rolls and they FAR exceeded my expectations. Crispy crunch, sweet, salty, umami. It hit every taste bud on my tongue. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and it was out of this world good. Perfectly balanced. Not too much bbq sauce, right amount of cheese and a nice crisp bread. The tater tots were perfectly fried and salted. They were so good we didn't even need ketchup. We will for sure be back.“

“I stopped in for a tea at Beanz and Co today, I was so excited for the gluten free options. I took the time to walk over to the Pasta company part of the store and took home some of the delicious gluten free options that they had premade. There aren’t many places that have premade gluten free food so I was relieved to know I wouldn’t have to cook for the next few nights. I heated up the bbq pulled pork in the break room at work and had several people ask me what I had for dinner because it smelled so good! Everyone greets you there with warm smiles, it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back.“

“Really good, quick food. Got oxtail curry , vegetarian tofu type of dish (That had a little bit of spice) , cabbage (so yummy!), and rice and peas. The guy that helped me was very nice.
