“Love that they know my order when I pull up to the drive-thru window for my morning latte ☕ . Sometimes they can get busy and I know it's hard to find good help these days but they do the best they can. I appreciate it.Parking: Easy to park plenty of parking in the back also and in the front there is a beautiful small park as seen in the pictures and a beautiful newly renovated road Old Route 7 in Brookfield has granite sidewalks and brick inlay to walk on and drink your coffee and also walk across the street and go for a beautiful walk on the greenway in Brookfield Connecticut and if you need a haircut stop by Gary's barber shop all in the same street. What a spot for a coffee walk and haircut perfect.“

“I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had an outstanding experience. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The staff provided excellent service with a friendly demeanor. The cozy ambiance made it an enjoyable place to relax or catch up with friends. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts consistently delivers a five-star experience, making it my go-to spot for a delightful coffee and treat. Highly recommended!“

“I go to this Dunkin every morning. The other day an employee was cursing and threatening employees and the manager. The manager handled the situation promptly and professionally and removed the employee from the store. She then apologized to the customers for the "rogue" employee. Every morning my order is ready quickly and accurately. This is one of the few Dunkin's I frequent and the friendliest. A+++“

“I primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!! Way to go SEFI!“

“I didn't actually go to the Dunkin donuts,I just made a purchasefrom the convenience store. Dunkin is in the same site. But it looked clean, full options. I'll be driving this route a bit often now, so I'll go in and get photos and a full better review later this week.Parking: It's a gas station with a convenience store and dunkin is located inside.“

“Aye don't be rude to them. Yea I know your food will take a while to make but the real problem is that NOBODY wants to work at the food station. Yes I go there regularly and my god there's always a fight over the cooking station. Coffee taste good tho just tell them to act like adults and stop whining over a wrap“

“Pleasant and helpful staff but not well trained for cash transactions. The kindly, mature lady who is waiting in line before me returned an extra one dollar in change to the clerk because he had miscounted the total bill. They were lucky sometimes customers might not be so honest. This is basic skills counting down from a larger bill. Management should include cash training as essential part of operating a cash register. For me I paid $3.96 via Apple Pay, but received a small coffee and two donuts. I think that might be slightly under priced.“
