“Best DQ in CT the ice cream is just different here the texture and taste is way better, the toppings are always generous and they actually fill the cup over the top so you definitely get what you pay for here. The employees are always polite and always get the orders correct.

“I hadn’t been to Nick’s Char Pit in over 25 years, but after seeing one of their specials on Facebook, I decided it was time to give it another shot and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it instantly brought me back to my childhood. The atmosphere is exactly how I remembered it classic, welcoming, and full of character. It’s rare to find a place that still holds onto that kind of nostalgia. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience just felt genuine. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a fun blast-from-the-past kind of place, Nick’s is absolutely worth a visit. And shoutout to Bobby his daily TikTok jokes are awesome and just add to the whole experience!“

“We had a terrific experience there after my son’s baseball game. I believe the employee’s name was Petagaye that I would like to recognize. She is exactly what superior customer service should look like in the food industry. She was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to the customers. What an asset to your team!“

“Online ordering has worked well here. Services like Uber are fine when they have discounts, but Five Guys has its own ordering page, and that lets you say when you’re on the way. Then pickup is very quick, and you don’t have to wait on the fries. Food-wise it’s tasty, consistent with other Five Guys“

“My daughter and I came to lunch at this location. We ate inside. I love the environment. It reminds me of old-school cozy Arby’s. We chose to sit in the wicker armchairs in the middle of the restaurant.
Our food was ready super fast. Everything was hot and delicious. One of the ladies helped me when we dropped our fries. She went above and beyond! Super appreciate the friendly staff and clean restaurant.“

“We love DQ blizzards, and this location is our favorite! The employees are always friendly, kind, and fast. We love ordering outside in warm weather. And I just discovered they will decorate their ice cream cakes for free for lots of different occasions. They have a whole book of choices. My daughter chose a soccer field, complete with goals and little figures to go on top. Thanks for all your hard work!“

“They made the most beautiful cake for my mom's 99th birthday. Living out-of-state made organizing her birthday party difficult, but Dairy Queen made the cake part go easy. A little late with the review, but huge thanks.“

“The best hot dog ever. Classic.“

“I love DQ & we just moved to North Haven & this DQ is literally a 30 second walk. I’m so excited“

“McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Clean, good food at a reasonable price. Our only gripe is that they raised the price of their apple pies.“

“yes but why where the kiosks off at lunch time n only one cashier otherwise the food was ok“

“Stopped by this Subway and had a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy. Place was clean, which is always a plus. What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted—none of that soggy or stale veggie situation you sometimes get at other subways! Everything was crisp and tasted like it was just prepped. Definitely a solid spot for a quick, fresh bite.“

“The employees here are always attentive and efficient. Never a wait for Mobil orders. Friendly atmosphere, clean restaurant. I wish I knew the name of the lady with an accent, that I always encounter. She’s great with her hospitality. I like this particular location.“

“Good service, clean facility and friendly employees!“

“During my previous visit to this establishment, I had an exceptional experience. My recent trip further enhanced my satisfaction with the quality of service I received. The employee responsible for taking my order was courteous and efficiently prepared my sandwich according to my specifications. Notably, he refrained from being impolite when I requested modifications to my #8 sandwich, unlike other locations I have visited. Despite its greater distance from my residence, I intend to prioritize this establishment over others due to the overwhelming satisfaction I experienced with the quality of service and the kindness I was met with.“

“Nice crew , Carmen so nice with me and my family ,bilingual and good service.“

“Lisa, Kayla and the team were awesome creating 75 ice cream cupcakes for my grandsons 3rd Birthday party. They were decorated perfectly with the Disney Cars theme of Lightening McQueen. The adults were so impressed having something unique and the kids were excited having a Lightening McQueen treat… thank you for adding that special touch to our party.“

“3rd time at this store... stop here before we drive back to NYC ... we wait about 10 minutes for our order but it's all worth it,fresh and delicious 😋 the grill chicken with fresh mozzarella and cesar salad it's pretty good.... thanks to the night time Wendy's crew 👍🏻“

“Quick stop off the highways. Tons of seating inside and out. Service was fast, they made the burger exactly to my liking. Bathroom was super clean and well stocked.
My only gripe is that the soda is always flat a 5 guys but that’s not necessarily this locations fault, corporate puts those multi flavor machines in all the 5 guys.“

“Great service Friendly staff Very clean store“

“I don't understand how with a system that shows the employee what the order is that they still make it wrong. My mistake was not getting the receipt, I ordered a steak egg mcmuffun they gave me a sausage mcmuffun , even though the special tag that was stuck to the wrapper says steak, they got it wrong. The best part was I was Charged for steak. they need to train better.“

“I’ve been to many Subway restaurants and this one tops them all. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the service is quick. I’ve been in there when there was a line of people to the door and I didn’t have to wait long to be served.“

“Warning: Although the manager isn’t friendly and rude the staff does not merit a bad review. Instead I just stopped coming here and I went to the other chicken place.

Sure the $6 meal is back and it’s delicious, it is not worth it if they forget to pack the fries or a side dish. That’s what happened to me and since I was stopping by there daily or every other day I did not care.

The next time I went I asked for Jose who is the one who helped me most of the week. He wasn’t there. Jasmine was working and she knew I was a regular customer. She did not pack my order, so she asked the manager.

When the manager (short lady with black hair) came to me she questioned me as if I was trying to scam Popeyes. I told her Jose had missed putting my fries and told her I was a regular customer. She agreed to let me have the fries I was owed but it came with an attitude and trying to belittle me.

I encourage you to open your box and make sure to double check your order before you leave. No matter how nice Jose and Jasmin are they only hand you the meal.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the red and white chicken place for $1 less.

The pictures are from a previous meal.

Parking: Be careful pulling in so you don’t hit the median as you turn into the parking lot. I saw a few cars jump it.“

“I like the Original Chicken Sandwich with just cheese, please. :)“
