“We had such a wonderful experience with Kochin Hut! We placed our order around 2:30 PM, thinking we could pick it up before they closed at 3 PM. When we reached the restaurant, I realized I had accidentally selected a 5:30 PM pickup time instead.

Even though it was close to their closing time and the mistake was completely on my end, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They graciously prepared and handed over our food without any hesitation. On top of that, they even gave us extra plates and utensils, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The customer service truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such hospitality these days. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommend supporting this amazing restaurant. 🙌“

“My family and I love this place we just wish there was more consistency with opening hours times even on the days that they are open at 1:45 you will drive up to the window and they will say they are closed. I honestly just see way too young unsupervised staffing with little or no consideration for business. I gave this business 5 stars only because of the food and I understand how reviews hurts businesses but if I would rate it overall it would not have been 5 stars bc it’s very frustrating keeping up with when they are open when the drive thru is closed when they are out of bagels it’s a hit and miss.“

“Finally tried Bella Casa Vegana and I’m kicking myself for waiting so long! Got the buffalo “wings” and veggie pizza delivered - both were insanely good. The vegan cheese actually tastes authentic (no weird fake cheese vibes) and my non-vegan roommate couldn’t stop stealing my buffalo wings lol.
It’s a bit pricey but portions are huge so I had leftovers. Delivery was quick and the online ordering was easy.

Only complaint is the location seems hard to find for pickup since it shares a building with another place, but for delivery it’s perfect. Really solid vegan option in New Haven!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“

The ice cream was delicious! They had several flavors to choose from. It was hard to decide on just one. The atmosphere is modern and cute! “I had a great experience from the Old World Pizza Truck at a recent party. I thought I had seen everything possible on a pizza but there pizza topping combos were different, fresh and above all, delicious. The wood fired gluten free pizza was the best I ever had and the coffee & Gelato were a perfect ending. The Staff were friendly, helpful and great. “my wife and I were looking at places to go, There was Doma, Pasta Cosi, LaMonacos,Goodfellas, Cava, so many other places , But we optioned for Rossittos, and asking Branford locals they gave some mixed reviews, I made reservations for valentines day, We were looking forward to it, And then we Arrive, Its like a Noisy Bar as soon as u walk in , We were seated in the Back along a long wobbly bench seat Next to a filthy wall with an oil pipe coming out, We ordered, The wait staff was extremely slow, I get it , It was busier than they probably ever are considering the occasion, No excuse, we ordered cacio e pepe, And a Lasagna Simple, Casio Pepe which is supposed to be done with Romano Cheese and Black Peppercorns , And pasta Water to form the Gravy.....over Bucatini which is a hollow pasta Well what I got was Brown Butter and someone's leftovers in a Bowl The portion was literally 3/4 eaten when I got it, I immediately asked waitress what the hell is this, she ignored me and walked away, The waitress comes by after almost 30 minutes of it sitting on my table and uneaten, and asks how was everything and is something wrong, I explained that situation, and this is not what I ordered, Couldnt be, We sat next to a couple who ordered Pasta and the Portion was Very Large and looked delicious, Then mine shows up which is literally 2 fork full of pasta in a bowl with This gross looking Brown Buttery sauce and Green parsley I have Many Photos, the waitress asked what I wanted her to do and I was mortified and quipped Bring me what I ordered for 26 dollars , she said We just want to make ya happy sarcastically , I said there is Nothing you can do to make me happy, But bring us the check she did 45minutes later and it was 89 dollars For a lasagna and Cacio e pepe, one soda and a martini, I added it came out to 61 dollars so where is the additional 28 dollars, we paid , Said nothing No Tip and left, Never will I ever Return I guess they charge extra for someone else's Leftovers the kid forgot to wrap!....“

My dog devoured her birthday treat (tail wags of approval!), and my mom and I were equally impressed.
