6 Best Craft Breweries near Norwalk

Spacecat Brewing Co. Taproom & Beer Garden Brewery • $$
57 Chestnut St, Norwalk

“They let you bring your dogs indoors while you drink and snack on food!!! That alone deserves a 5 star. Our guess was that because they opt to prepare food outside and keep drinks inside, they would create this paradise for dog owners.

We ended up getting delicious fried chicken, double patty bacon burger, onion rings, and a fruity alcoholic drink.

Bathroom was spotless and service was relatively fast and food delicious. Definitely a great place to bring your furry family member while you snack on a treat.“

East Coast Kombucha Company, LLC Brewery • $
57 Chestnut St #10, Norwalk

“This place is absolutely incredible - the kombucha & the people. I arrived one Friday for a refill only to discover they'd closed early. I'd come a ways to get there so I called to confirm (since I was within business hours) but unfortunately they were closed & I received an apology for the inconvenience. I was bummed but figured I'd try again when I could. Yesterday (a Thursday) was that day, and unfortunately due to my own error, I fought through traffic far outside of my area only to find they were again, closed. I was visibly upset & a man who worked in the building (a true MVP) saw that. He reached out to the owner who authorized a great guy named Alex that was working in the back of the store to help me out. I truly couldn't be more appreciative of them both going above & beyond to assist me. The whole reason I kept returning is bc their product is so great. So many flavor profiles to chose from - if you've never tried kombucha or have had a bad experience in the past, this is the place to try. Couple great flavors with an amazing staff of friendly & knowledgable people - you won't be disappointed.“

Sly Bandit Brewing Company Brewery •
4 Danbury Rd, Wilton - 3.06 miles

“Loved this brewery!! Cute, clean space. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite empty. We have a CT beer passport book that brought us there. Parking lot was a good size and easily accessible. The staff was so sweet and attentive. Seating was open and they served you at the table. A handful of beers on tap with a mix of options. They have a full menu and my boyfriend and I had the tacos - chicken and pulled pork, which were both delicious! Great sized portions. We also loved their logo, super cute design. I would love to see their space busier on a Saturday afternoon! If you drive by, consider stopping by for some great vibes.“

Third Place by Half Full Brewery Brewery • $
575 Pacific St, Stamford - 8.39 miles

“I stopped by Third Place by Half Full Brewery at 575 Pacific St in Stamford and it’s easily my new favorite hangout… coffee shop by day, vibrant taproom by night. Grabbed a drip and worked in one of their cozy pods mid‑morning, then returned for a flight of their award-winning drafts and a snack from the food truck out back. The space feels modern but warm, with exposed brick, high ceilings, and plenty of good vibes. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, guiding me through the beer selection and even chatting about upcoming live‑music evenings. The transition from coworking to brewery felt seamless and I stayed for hours. A true “third place” and an absolute must-visit in Stamford.“
