“Nataz in Southington is a true gem! We had my company’s holiday party here mid-week during the day before they opened for regular dinner service and it was AMAZING! The setup was great for our group and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. We had two dedicated waitresses, Sara and Heather, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink upon sitting down and that everyone got their food in a timely manner. Both Sara and Heather were very polite and accommodating, even weaving in and out of our employees and Santa participating in a gift exchange. Special thank you to Chuck for setting everything up for us! The food was exceptional! From the grazing boards to the salads to the entrees and dessert, everything was flavorful and cooked/presented perfectly. “Over the weekend, My friend and I got stuck in the a snowstorm. We’re from New York originally, so being stuck in a small town like plantsville was a bit out of the way… we were famished and parched; nothing was open… we stumbled across the great Uncle Jack Noodle on Apple Maps with a lit up green sign saying “OPEN”. We rushed over to the restaurant, and parked very handily, across the street. Free Parking. Very Wonderful. We walked into Uncle Jack’s and were greeted with very warm smiles and friendlyness. Absolutely Stunning. Will be dining in next time! All in all, Uncle Jack served the most amazing noodles i have ever eaten. I ordered the Uncle Jack Noodles & boba tea and my friend ordered the Drunken Noodles spice level 5!!! We ate not even HALF of our meals within becoming full. Even then, we couldn’t help ourselves to more. $15 for my meal was more than enough. i had leftovers and then some. Thank You Uncle Jack, for being not only a restaurant, but a home as well.“

Tasty sauces and fresh good (except the meat is frozen). I'll ask for my egg to be put on last minute, so it's not so hard cooked. Try it out!! Also, under $80 with drinks for FOUR people. Credit card company asked if my 33% tip was correct lol.“

“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.“

“This review is a part of my quest of visiting all CT breweries. I met Counter Weight numerous times during beer festivals, but never understood their appeal to the public. It was until I visited the brewery.

First things first, the brewery occupies a big building and has an enormous space. The first floor is sectioned into 3 rooms, allowing for some privacy should you plan any events. There's also a patio, where the majority during our visit were the dog owners, and a 21+ game zone with some field games. They also have space on the second floor, but I did not go there. The brewery partnered with Ritual Pizza as their kitchen. We ordered a pizza and chicken tenders, and everything was delicious. The whole place was packed on Saturday evening.

Now, for the beers. This brewery specializes in 2 directions: traditional European beers and IPAs. As I'm not a big fan of IPAs, I was focused on the European styles during my visit. You cannot order beer flights here, but they can provide a short pour (10oz) of any beer with a limit of one short pour at a time. I tried many of Counter Weight beers before, but still their lineup was almost completely new to me, so my guess is that the beers are rotated often. I was able to try 5 beers during my visit. My absolute favorite was Grodziskie - a traditional 3.5% smoked wheat beer, which is incredibly hard to find in CT. But in general, I loved everything I had - Vienna Lager was rich in taste, Ein Helles was a direct hit in the style, and so on.

I'm pretty impressed by the quality of the beers produced here. If you're a fan of European beers, this should be a stop on your journey.“

“First time patrons my sister and I. I had ham/egg/cheese toasted rye bread, #2 sandwich I've ever tasted, Great!! My sister had Over Easy Home Fries rye toast, said she wasn't to fond of the taters but everything was Great. Very nice waitress and the restaurant was very clean. Decent prices also.“

“This was a wonderful experience for my stepson and I. Christy was probably the nicest waitress I have encountered in my life. Answered all questions we had, made accommodations requested by a 6 year old with 0 hesitation or annoyance, the food was great and came out as quickly as the bread, my stepson had requested an additional side not listed on the kids menu and she didn't even bat an eyelash making it happen for him. Fairly priced, amazing atmosphere, they deserve all the extra recognition they've been getting lately and then some!! We will definitely be back, time and time again.“

“This has become our family staple in Local Waterbury for GREAT Chinese Food and Sushi. The staff is extremely friendly and very cordial. Food is very tasty and prepared with love!
