“We ended up at this place on my birthday August 18th because we were trying to get to someplace else but because of the terrible flooding event we saw that this place was open while we were so glad to find it. The food was amazing and the staff was so attentive. We had wings which were amazing, a pretzel that was delicious burgers and steak with chimichurri sauce, all of which were phenomenal. We can't wait to go back and try other items. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being open on such a terrible, tragic day. I hope all of the staff made it home safely.

I've always enjoyed the pork chop but the new recipe was even better. I goes without saying that the wine selection is the finest but so is the updated beer selection. The ever attentive staff are always noticing if anything is needed with being obtrusive and know both the menu and the wine list very well. This is the one restaurants that we always recommend without hesitation when dining in the area.“

“Absolutely Outstanding! We had the pleasure of dining at Hanna’s Middle Eastern Restaurant while passing through Danbury, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, cozy atmosphere, and spotless dining area, every detail was perfect. The food was beyond exceptional - the best Middle Eastern cuisine we’ve ever had. We started with the baked lamb and rice grape leaves (handmade daily and truly exquisite) and the stuffed cabbage, both bursting with flavor. A side of French fries with garlic whip was a fun indulgence. For our main courses, the lamb chops and lamb kabobs were cooked to perfection, delivering incredible taste in every bite. To top it off, we ended with Turkish coffee and homemade baklava, the perfect finish before our drive back to Boston. If we lived in Connecticut, we’d be here every week! Hanna’s is a must-visit, and we highly recommend it.“

“Amazing place to grab a salad, smoothie, or a wrap! We ordered takeout and they waited to dress our salad and fill the wrap until we got there so that nothing had the chance to get soggy, such a simple but brilliant way to enhance our meal! They also sealed my smoothie so it was possible to keep it in a bag or fridge until you’re ready to drink it which would be perfect for someone taking this as food on the go.

The quality of the food was also superb, the chicken was really tender and the greens were super crunchy. You can just tell they use high quality ingredients which makes the idea of paying $13 for a salad worth the price tag.

Would 100% recommend and will be coming back to try lots of their delicious salad options soon!“

Oh, and the meat lover's version, wow! Full-size toppings (hubby & son raved about it)....and my fave, the veggie...spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, onions -LOADED & DELICIOUS! But, you cannot go wrong with a plain cheese either... Not greasy, perfect balance of cheese to sauce. My dad's favorite pizza spot, too... and no loss of memory makes him forget how to get there!“

“A breath of fresh air! I frequented this restaurant as a child and still remember getting glass coke bottles and eating a slice of pizza with my mom. I thought I would pop in and see if it bared the same resemblance or if it was all different. To my surprise it was the same lovely place I had visited 20 years ago as a kid when I would walk up Lake ave after school. They said they just hit 30 years and it's the same owners. So many places in CT treat you like you're a burden when you walk in. I walked in not knowing if we would have lunch there because it's a smaller restaurant and I have two kids. I expected to get some sort of attitude or confused look from the staff but right away I was greeted and the woman up front was eager to help me. I explained my situation and she right away asked her family who were having a meeting at the table if they could move to the back so that my family could come have dinner. She set up two tables for us and the whole staff was friendly and patient with my wild boys. My boys began fighting over an apple juice and one gentleman was kind enough to give me another on the house. The gentleman making the pizza was kind and courteous. You really don't find places like this anymore.. everyone is in a rush, they just want to get paid and get you out, but not this place. It's a traditional family style restaurant. I left feeling so happy with finally not feeling like it was an inconvenience to serve me as I often find now'er days when we're out spending money. They were happy to have us and if we are in the area again we will go back! Thank you guys so much! <3“

“Reverie continues to be a top contender for our favorite craft brewery in CT. Today was another great visit…the 5th anniversary of Reverie’s existence. The live music was great, the beer was great, the souvenir pub glasses were great, the staff is always great, and our group of 8 had a great time! I recently moved away and whenever I want Thai I shed a tear because the places around me will never compare.... Most are very good. Some are excellent! A couple have been a little odd. I have met and known all three brothers. The one thing I can always count on, always consistent - their food is incredible!!! Every single time! If it weren't so good I wouldn't keep coming back! And, introducing new people to their fare! Love you guys!“
