Liz and recent trainee Chris did a phenomenal job making mouth-watering sushi burritos for us. The flavors matched perfectly, every note had its spotlight, and the burrito was manageable to eat. Nothing spilling gratuitously out the sides or anything. Fantastic atmosphere, super friendly and patient staff, just do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a luxurious sushi burrito while you're in West Hartford!“

“I had a situation where I got home and part of my order was missing. No big deal, humans make mistakes. I called in and spoke to Krystal and she said to come in and she would take care of it. I didn't have my receipt when I retuned today. But another manager, Nicole, was amazing. She didnt give me a hard time about it and was actually very pleasant. Right away you can tell they care about their customers. They have seen me a bunch in the store and they made me feel like they never wanted that to stop. In a time when so many are in customer service and actually loathe it, it is so refreshing to find the few that treat their customers the way I would. I love this place and I’ll certainly be back. “My husband and I were visiting Avon and found this place, it was fabulous!!! The food was excellent!!!! He had the pork chop meal, I had the beef pho and spring roll and the ice coffee was fantastic!!! The mango tropical drink was awesome. Highly recommend!!! “I have never seen baklava and kanafa this big at restaurants at this price range.. it’s a bit dangerous for your scale and wallet. Had the lamb meal- I really appreciated the deep flavoring without overwhelming spices. It really felt like a nice home cooked meal! Would love to come back and try all the menus.“

“Panini was good but the accommodation to me being celiac (Gluten free) was great! They switched to new gloves without asking and when they accidentally touched regular bread they made a whole new panini without even asking. They also wrap the panini in tin foil before pressing. One of the best gluten free experiences I’ve had for a fast food-esque restaurant!“

“I’m not sure why there’s poor reviews here. My wife and I went one time and had a great experience. So we will try it more and update our review, but so far we had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, and I do remember the person preparing our food was very kind and polite. We sat outside and I do remember they had a nice option of low sugar / no sugar added iced teas and lemonades.

We enjoyed the food here so much we started copy catting it at home. The pickled red onions, sweet potatoes, and sauces in particular were so good!“

“Decided to treat myself today, walked In put my order of Spinach Pie, Hamburger with fries and Steak and Mushrooms grinder in. Went to CVS, went back and 2 minutes later my order was ready. Granted it was late afternoon and not busy. Had the mini spinach pies and hamburger. The hamburger was cooked to perfection, loved the spinach pies. The grinder packed with steak and mushrooms will have to wait. On my list of favorite Pizza restaurants: Farmington Avenue Pizza rates 3rd. I know others enjoy it as much as I do ...so give them a try and let them know what you think.“

“The Natural Orange Juice was very fresh and full of flavor. It was noticeable that the oranges were very fresh and the juice was very pure. I also tried the banana shake which was very delicious.

“Decided to try this place instead of the usual chipotle. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of my burrito with chips and queso. Infinitely higher quality than chipotle at a similar cost. Of note, my burrito was a little on the liquidy side, which made it slightly messy. However, if nothing changed I would get the same thing again in a heartbeat. Will be returning soon.“

“Stopped in recently and enjoyed the Street Fries: cottage fries covered with a delicious Greek sauce, feta cheese, chopped veges and shaved lamb. A little on the salty side(feta cheese) but very satisfying. Delicious butter pecan ice cream for dessert from Grass Roots. Service was friendly. Happy to have such a wide variety of foods to choose from in and near the Granby Center“
