“It was a culinary delight. I had the crispy duck leg. It was so tender on the inside. It was plated on passion fruit juice and seeds, and garnished with crispy rind of orange. It was such a joy to eat.“

“Had the best time and food! Our first time here and we sat at the bar. Drink special Simple Plan was tasty with a spicy finish so just right! We loved Tuna Tartare. Best tartare ever and we are not kidding. Poached Shrimp Tostada was good too. Spicy Caesar Salad delish to the last bite. We finished with Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée which was well balanced sweet and flavor tasty. We talked with others at the bar about their dishes and those got good reviews too. So we are looking forward to coming back.“

“Since a lot of these reviews appear to be old, clarifying 2 things: there are two locations (norfolk & hartford) run by Good Works Entertainment. The Hartford location used to have a bistro but does not any longer - they have chips and candy. The highly regarded Bears smoke house is across the street as is the convention center and hotel (that ay have a special rate if you ask). hartford location has nearby street and paid parking unaffiliated with the venue. Both feature a range of arttists so check one or both out with friends and family.“

“Tenth Hole Tavern is the best spot for casual dining/takeout this side of Glastonbury. Their food is excellent and the staff really knows how to show the customers a good time. Kendall and Kelly are the nicest and are very accommodating. Not to mention the full bar, expansive beer selection, and wide variety on the menu. Some of my personal favorites include the chicken tenders (with their house made buffalo sauce), the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and the oven roasted turkey wrap. Don’t sleep on the brick oven pizza either. Tenth Hole Tavern has earned a special place in my heart❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Came in last minute this past Saturday with a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 children under 11) as grandson had a baseball game nearby. Was my first time. Food choices were very good and kids menu also had lots of offerings and their meals also included ice cream. I can’t say enough about our waiter, Matt. He was just the perfect server for our party, as he had children himself and totally understood how challenging it could be eating out with kids. He put the kids orders in right away. He knew just want to stop by and check on us. He is an asset to your restaurant and you’re very lucky to have him. We will definitely be back. Was a very positive experience.“

“I’m not sure why the recent reviews I’m reading through now are on the negative side! My husband and I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant (we happened to be in the area), and immediately were met with excellent hospitality. I am gluten free and vegetarian, so finding a place with kind servers and food I can eat is becoming increasingly difficult. They serve complimentary bread up front (which most restaurants don’t even bother with anymore) and have an option for gluten free bread(if you ask for it) at a slight up-charge. I ordered the Korean rice bowl and my husband ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese..the food came out super fast and was delicious. I have a very low spice tolerance, so I thought my bowl was on the slightly spicier side..but it’s Korean style food so that’s to be expected. We ordered a peanut butter bar for dessert, also gluten free. I didn’t get a picture unfortunately, but it’s was super rich but not too sweet. Definitely worth the trip!! People need to start writing more positive reviews for places because this restaurant definitely deserves more positivity.“

“The food Is pretty good. The service isn't bad. It's just a bit unorganized and quite slow. They only accept cash, but they do have a ATM area. You can differently have a conversation and talk.It's in a church cafeteria. I would encourage. Trying to at least once. The turkey wings are my favorite from this location.“

“We are a group of eight Women golfers that travel each week to play a different course in CT. Get the usual eye rolling looks from the men from parking lot, pro shop to the course and finally the bar. Some men are polite but they are few. Quarry Ridge staff went over the top to make our Tuesday golf experience relaxing and fun. Course was in good shape. Kevin in the pro shop attentive asking questions after our round to see if we had a good time and what were our thoughts about women’s golf. Poor Kevin got a earful I’m afraid. He was such a good sport! The chef came out and checked on our lunch. Talked about his menu. Very enthusiastic. It was a perfect day Tuesday Blue sky, cool temps, Great Golf and being with friends. “the chicken sandwich was pretty good. the vread was fresh it was seasoned well. but they must and I mean must leave making collard greens alone. it's cool, it's not for everyone. They had no seasoning and whoever made them cut none if tge "veins" stems out“
