Dunkin' Donuts in Southbury

“I wish I could give a better service rating, but it's hard to given how busy this place is. It's not that they're understaffed, but they get so much traffic off of I-84 it's hard to manage. Otherwise the food is great and they don't forget anything.“

Edit: Unfortunately things have changed since my last review. The employees are still courteous and friendly. But te food consistently has a strong aftertaste of disinfectant spray. I tried it a few times hoping it was a one off. But nope. I started going to a different Dunkin' Donuts for the last couple months. Today I decided to give this location one more shot. Sadly my bagel sandwich had a very strong taste of disinfectant spray... again. I trew it away. Again. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.
Spray the cleaner on the rag while facing away from the food. Not directly at the surfaces you're looking to clean. Especially when those surfaces have food in close proximity.“

“Found this Dunkin Donuts by accident. Really only needed to use the restroom (clean enough) but got a donut and some drinks. Service fine, odd where my drink was for pickup- on the counter of an opened door to the kitchen. Good it had a label on it or I wouldn’t have known it was for me! Nice sitting area- never saw a Dunkin Donuts with a fireplace!“
