10 Best Sandwich Shops near Southbury

“The sign on the door says please wear a mask regardless of vaccination status but when I walked in the chump behind the counter making sandwiches has his mask over his chin not covering his nose and half his mouth. What kind of crap is that?“

“it was good today nice to go there and and enjoy without that crabby girl there.“

“This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.“

“My experience here…Never had a bad one…Today was great! I coulda used a little more dice but the service was wonderful ! I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! I was disgusted by the way I was treated by them..I went to subway instead…and I was NOT disappointed! AND I caught the sandwich of the day!“

“Great sandwiches and the Cookies are great and the Pepsi is good“

“Just came on to support this location. Every time I go in there, the husband and wife that own the place are always super friendly and accommodating. They keep a very clean restaurant and plenty of topping/chip/drink options (unlike some Subway locations). Happy to support this location!“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting your Subway restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The staff was not only friendly but also efficient in handling orders. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, making my sandwich delicious and satisfying. The cleanliness of the establishment and the prompt service truly stood out. I appreciate the dedication to providing a positive dining experience, and I will undoubtedly be returning. Keep up the excellent work!“

“I enjoy this subway more than most. It’s clean. They make your sandwich fast and they aren’t skimping on ingredients. Friendly service with a welcoming smile. I live 2 minutes away from my local subway and go the extra 10 to come to this one. Definitely one of the best in the area.“

“We stopped in here while on a road trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the bread was not baked when we got there and they were out of black olives, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The sandwich was great even without the olives. There was also a great view of the river from the store.“

“good service -friendly atmosphere. nice dubs“
