“We've dined at capital Grille for all of our special occasions. We were a bit disappointed this time. Service was slow and a bit disjointed Food was good except for my nephews steak to at had a good amount of fat (not trimmed) off of it. The lobster bisque was excellent as an appetizer, but when we asked for calamari with only rings (which we did get the last time we dined) we were told we couldn't have it that way. We were celebrating a 70 to birthday and nearly waiting 20+ minutes after we had finished dinner before they cleared the table plus more time passed before the dessert was served and coffee offered. It was nice to be offered champagne at the end of dinner but it came after the birthday dessert was served. Overall a B dinner experience“
