“Went to my great nieces birthday and Baptism; Charlotte is 1 year old! Apparently, Wellington Grill is being rented as a special catering event location.
Very clean, lots of windows, 2 large rooms including a full bar on one side. A couple of areas for hors douerves and buffet or sit down dinner.
Food was amazing! You choose the menu!

“I bought my turkey 🦃 at the Market at Gus’s. I asked Peter the butcher to debone and butterfly it. It was hands down the most delicious turkey we have ever had! It was so tender that you didn’t even need a fork! My 93 year old dad said that he never had a better turkey! And he’s had a lot of turkeys! 😆 we will be buying all our turkeys at Gus’s from now on! Of course we love their seafood and meats as well!“

“I chose the sushi deluxe, and I guess it’s similar to an omakase style. They told me it would be 9 pieces with one roll, and honestly, all the selections were great. The fish was very fresh and high quality. I was also really impressed by their service.

My friend and I were deep in conversation and lost track of time, but they never rushed us to leave. I will definitely be coming back and will make a reservation next time (we were lucky to get seats with no wait just by walking in)!“

“I went with a group of friends for my birthday last night. It was AMAZING. The service was great, everyone was so friendly. The place itself was so clean and cute, really cool vibe. The Apps were great, Hush Puppies and Fried Calamari, yum. I did a make-your-own Seafood Boil. OH MY GOD. The New Zealand Mussels, King Crab and Dungeness Crab was out of this world in the Cajun Butter Sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this spot and will be going back.“

“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Thank you Yiselle, Estrellita and shorty!!!“

“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!“

Today I went for a lobster roll which replaced the shrimp roll. last year this lobster was so delicious 😋 couldn't wait till the summer. unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. it is not longer on a garlic bun and now served on a plain hot dog bun :( also flavorless! last yr price was $24 and now up to $28 with no flavor and blah bun. please bring back the recipe from years before. thanks“

Danny was absolutely fantastic to work with—he was incredibly helpful, communicative, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, which meant so much to us during such a busy time.
The waitstaff was also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—and the food was absolutely amazing. Our guests had a great time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion and kick off our wedding weekend.

“I first visited this restaurant when they opened in 2016. A decade later, I happened to be visiting the area and stopped off here for lunch with my boyfriend. I can honestly say this place hasn't lost their touch.
The restaurant is dark and cozy with a fireplace in the back, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or nice lunch. The servers are all well-versed in the menu items and oyster selection. The restaurant usually has some great specials that are always worth trying out.
This visit was somewhat brief so we only got mains. The special of the day was swordfish. They offer the option to choose your prep style so we each got the swordfish; I tried the lemon butter sauce and my boyfriend got the red pepper sauce. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. We also shared a side of the grilled asparagus which was perfectly cooked.
A solid 10/10. Highly recommended for any foodies as this place also has some fantastic non-seafood options.“

Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was also super comfortable and made it easy to just relax and enjoy dinner. “Pleasantly surprised by how amazing this restaurant. I have passed it a millions times and never thought much about it. A coworker mentioned they had a good happy hour so I checked out their menu and decided we would try for dinner instead. From the minute you open the door you know it’s going to be good. Beautifully decorated, dimly lit, romantic & clean. We opted for the surf and turf and the swordfish - never imagined how generous the portions would be. The dishes were simple yet perfectly flavored. Our waiter Drini was kind and informative.

“Best fried or steamed fish you will ever have from a store front. And seriously maybe the cheapest. My go to is the fried flounder sandwich, $5 today, sometimes $6 cash for two huge pieces depending upon market price. They give you the tarter and lemon and tons of other condiments and spices to put on yourself, just how you like it, before they neatly wrap it up and bag it for you. I always tip them two bucks. Been coming and thankful for them for the last 25 years when they used to be a block south. There are similar looking joints but none nearly as consistently good as Dyre Fish is. I have tried so many, hoping. It is the oil they dont allow to be used too long and the fresh fish picked up daily at Hunts Point Fish Market. And the prices have barely gone up in all that time.“

I actually call the restaurant just to get some information and the service over the phone was amazing.. I'm from down south and I know what seafood needs to taste like and the shrimp and fish I had was excellent the shrimp was sweet fried to perfection.. sometimes I'm a little bit nervous ordering seafood through GrubHub or doordash or any of them but actually the delivery process the GrubHub was probably one of the best that I've had and I'm going to normally doordash fan he delivered the food the food was hot when I got it all the condiments was in it that I needed I didn't have to ask for.. I will order again I mean the plate overall was excellent.. I just spent $300 somewhere yesterday that couldn't even compare to what I received today.. I can't wait to order again 😋“

“Great place! My family and I stop by to get something to eat while we were visiting a family member at near by hospital. The service was remarkable and the food was amazing. We had the sliders, sizzling shrimp, and fries. The food was amazing. Great establishment. We will be stopping by again when we are in town.
