“This place by far is the best burger joint in the Valley. Easily. My favorite is the cutlet sandwich, my mother in law swears by the fried seafood platter, my husband loves the bacon cheeseburgers. We all love the chili dogs and their fries. If you’re a morning person, their bacon egg and cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Plus, Pricila and Sam are so incredibly nice. Highly recommend.“

“Spent seven hours at the baseball fields on father's day and couldn't have been happier to have an hour to grab lunch with my boys. Ordered like ten items a bunch of drinks and it was 50$. Fish and chips looked great, kid said it was awesome. Fried zucchini always my favorite. Wife got a side of fried shrimp. Its just perfect every time. It is what it is. An honest fresh cooked meal quick for cheap. Thank u to the people who work there yall the mvps..super busy and they crushed it. Its a better burger than 5 guys fight me.

“I gave it a 4/5, because the food isn't fine dining but it is upgraded fastfood. The workers are always amazing. They don't appear to have any cheap meal deals, but anyone can get a kids meal. The kids meal as it is is $6.69. If you upgrade your fries to curly fries (80 cents), add a tomato (50 cents), and add an extra pickle (free), it comes to 7.99+$0.59 tax. So $8.58 total. It's enough for an adult.“

“This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.“

Employee morale is sort of robotic and there are a couple who want nothing to do with customer interaction of any sort.

“This McDonald’s is spotless. There will be a language barrier between some of the Spanish speaking employees and English speaking customers. Overall, they will try their best to communicate and provide good customer service. The app was giving me a hard time because my order would not go through and the manager allowed me to order the big hotcake breakfast 10 mins after 10:30.“

“Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“

“We stopped in here while on a road trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the bread was not baked when we got there and they were out of black olives, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The sandwich was great even without the olives. There was also a great view of the river from the store.“
